I went today I visited the store, online and on the door it said that the store closed at 7pm I arrived at 6:20 and the door was locked. I knocked to the door for help to see what was going on and it was a women sitting in the isle she never got up just looked at me in my face and kept doing what she was doing. I thought that was crazy the store was closed early for no reason and even more because the store clerk couldn’t even tell me they where closed. I will never return to this store for any of my hair care needs !!!

I love this store! Netta has been an amazing manager and always helpful! In the past I always had to go back for changes on my receipt, there was always a mistake in the last few years with Netta never !!!

I arrived @7pm but there was a sign on door saying that they will be back in 15 minutes. Its 7:30pm and nobody is here yet. There isnt another Sallys for miles. While I waited, other customers came and were disappointed and left. The store closes @8pm. If the sign was up before I arrived what time did they leave. At 7:40 there are 4 people standing outside waiting to get in. Someone in the store goes to the cash register and counts money. As we wait patiently outside the store someone knocks on the window and asks the woman inside if we will be getting in. The woman behind the register says the store is closed. She ignored us until someone knocked on the window. And then she begins to laugh! Dont ever waste your time going there. So, basically, the store was closed for more than an hour with someone inside.

Always out of every thing I need and the ladies seem to never know anything you ask them. Dont waste your time. Go to another location if you want helpful service.

If I could give this store 0 stars of course i would. Theres an older women whose worked there for maybe a year or 2 she has the nastiest attitude everytime i go in. She doesnt speak when you enter the store and has an attitude ringing you up. I try my best to avoid this store as much as i can solely because of her.

This store does not have good customer service. The staff are not helpful and when I asked the cashier for help she looked at me as if I was bothering her. I do not recommend going to this Sallys at all.
