I initially visited the store on Mill Run Circle. Upon entering the store, I noticed three sales people. The young lady was working with a customer; however, the two males were seated- one behind the desk on the computer- the other in front of the same desk on his cell phone.The two guys looked up but did not acknowledge my presence nor welcomed me to the store. It was quite obvious that they were preoccupied with what they were doing on the cell phone and computer.I walked around a few minutes (less than 5) and then immediately left the store feeling aggravated and totally ignored as a customer. I got in my car and searched for the next closest store which was on Reisterstown Rd in Owings Mills. I drove there.As I entered the store, the manager, Mike greeted me and inquired about my visit. Needless to say, his customer service approach and pleasant demeanor was far better than my visit to the other store.As a result of his service, knowledge of the merchandise and assistance, I was able to make a purchase and felt quite comfortable in doing so. Mike was welcoming and assured that I was a satisfied customer.Kudos to Mike!!! Keep up the good work. I will be back!!

GREAT customer service in store at the Owings Mills location. Robert & Tom were amazing. Very respectful helped us get an amazing deal & bed. Then it’s time for the delivery. To start I didn’t get an email the night before like I was suppose to.. so I woke up early to wait and nothing. I call the warehouse and spoke to a very rude lady or told me they had knocked on my door and called. Which they did not. She was very nasty. In store people great. Delivery.. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

Robert was phenomenal. He had great insight about every product in the store. Plus, he listened to what I really wanted. I would like to say Thank you again!

The customer service we received in the store from Robert was impeccable! I’m only giving 3 stars because when my mattress was delivered there was a tear underneath. The delivery guys called the manager who told me I could get $50 off if I kept it. I told her that I paid for a brand new mattress without any tears in it and that’s what I wanted. It was Sat. and she told me I would have to wait until Monday to have a new one delivered. I said fine...I’ll wait. I called Monday after not hearing from them in regards to a delivery time and was told that it hadn’t been processed. They processed it and it was delivered Tuesday. I was upset that I moved into my new house and didn’t have my mattress to sleep on for 3 days....not good! If I hadn’t had issues with the delivery, Robert would’ve gotten 5 stars.

I recently purchased a king-sized mattress from Mattress Warehouse for my husband and I, and was very pleased with my experience. My husband recently had unexpected major surgery, and I was scrambling to find a mattress and have it ready for him before he was discharged from the hospital. Both the sales associate and manager worked with me to find the right mattress AND have it delivered the SAME DAY (which was no easy feat, as it was a Sunday).I ultimately had to exchange the mattress (a firmness issue), and Dan took care of it for me immediately. Very pleased and will definitely purchase from them again!

Worked with Robert. Very friendly and attentive. We only bought the bed (no box spring or frame), and Robert didnt push. It was a pleasure working with him. Bed was also delivered 10 minutes before the 3 hours window which was exciting (that never happens!).

Purchased a memory foam mattress, which I love. Mr. Albert, an older gentleman, was so patient and helpful. He was able to answer any questions we had. I would most definitely recommend this location.

The salesperson was great. He explained and taught us a lot about mattresses. He took his time and provided excellent service. I was disappointed in the delivery. The email I received the night before said the delivery time would be between 9 and 12. When I tracked the delivery it was changed to 11:30 to 2:30. I then received a call at 12:45 that they were going to be later because of a mechanical problem. I called the store and said they had to make it later. The mattress is nice and overall we are pleased.

On what seemed like the coldest day of the year, we were out shopping for mattress for my 2 of grands, first and only stop was at Mattress Warehouse Owings Mills. I would first like to say that this location is clean and well kept.My husband and I worked with Sam. He greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. He asked us about what we were looking for and when we seemed unsure he suggested the we do the Bed Match process.The bed match process asks specific information about your body type and ailments. It has you lay down on your back and your preferred sleeping position. The process was relaxing, informative and kinda cool that they can tell you what mattress is best from their analysis.Sam took us to every bed on our list. He explained the features of the bed, answered all of our questions with knowledge and ease. He was patient with us when we wanted to just lay still for 5 whole minutes on each bed. He gave us privacy and space to do our thing and Was able to speak alone while making a decision.When it came down to prices. They were fair and worked with us to get us something that we liked. We were able to negotiate a TAD bit on some of that. Once again, Sam continued to be patient with us as we asked a million questions. He was a nice, cool and down to earth. He made it a good experience for us. We never felt pushed or taken advantage of in anyway like some sales people can make you feel at times.Thanks Sam! Go see him people!

Robert the sales person was very nice to us and gave 100% great customer service! But on my delivery which was on time as well like Robert express, the New mattress had a hole in which I very highly doubt was the deliveryman fault. It looked like a issue from the wearhouse, I called corporate and they said if I keep the mattress they will give me $50 off with an extended warranty??? I said it had a hole in it!!! no telling what’s living in their I wouldn’t want “it” living or sleeping with me😳... and for me now having to sleep on my floor and still paid full price your mattress I will give you two stars because the customer is always right!

There was an older gentlemen in the store to hlep me like 90yrs old he was so very helpful. I went to the Sleep number store and did not get the courtesy and well demo that I got from the gentleman. When you spend 4000. you like to know it all. Well done Sir!

My family was treated well by the sales staff. They were informative and not pushy. Installation was easy enough. A positive experience.

We had to replace the mattress that we had just ordered a couple of weeks earlier, but Mattress Warehouse was very good working with and the whole process went much better than we had feared. No complaints.

The store itself is okay. The employees were friendly and helpful. However, their delivery arrangements are terrible. They emailed me the night before, after all of their services had closed, that they would be delivering it in the morning. They had not confirmed that I would be available at the time (I wasn’t). They would not allow me to change the shipping time to the afternoon and would not guarantee delivery at any particular time the next day. I might be moving into my apartment without a mattress... thanks Mattress Warehouse!!They rescheduled it for even early in the morning. How “kind” of them!They delivered it. It’s intact.

I walked in the store not expecting to buy anything just to check out the mattress. Robert greeted me politely and answered all of my questions. After a few minutes we had a deal and I left with a beautiful king mattress.Unfortunately, the mattress they delivered was scratched. The delivery team took it out of the truck and right the way I noticed the scratches on my mattress. When they called the warehouse, the manager said it was a floor model, and promised to deliver a brand new mattress the next day. However, on the next day, nobody showed up and nobody called me.So, I called the store to find out what is going on, but the sales rep(different from the one who sold me the mattress) was clueless and could not answer any of my questions. It was very disappointing and frustrating to go through this, especially after I made an almost 2,000$ purchase in their store.So the next day, still, no one contacted me from the store. I decided to call the main office of Mattress Warehouse. The customer service rep had no idea about what happened and said someone from the management will get back to me.In about an hour, I got a call from Tom Garrett, the manger. He started the call by saying if I wanted him to call me?? Then, he said that I am under the impression that I was delivered a floor model,,, I explained to him what happened. He said he is sorry about delivering me a ripped bed and that his sales guy was supposed to tell me they are out of stock until April 6th. He did not offer any solution after the problems I faced with my order from his store, it was unprofessional and rude of him (especially after I paid in full for my bed). I felt dissatisfied as a customer and asked for a full refund.

But the base seems to be on back order so it will not be delivered until September 19th. Really disappointed because looking forward to sleeping in my bed. So hoping no more delays
