I visited this store at the beginning of August because I desperately needed a new mattress. I was immediately greeted by the salesman Ian who suggested a mattress that was just right! Ian was professional and provided excellent customer service. He also helped me find a mattress for my son. Once purchased, he scheduled the delivery but just days before delivery he called me to let me know that my son’s mattress was not yet available for delivery. This was a disappointment as he was looking forward to receiving it before the school year started. Since Ian was aware of this he went above and beyond the call of duty to find another store that had the mattress in stock along with the frame. He then personally delivered and set up the mattress for me before just in time to surprise my son. Ian was great to work with and I would refer my friends and family right over to him at this location in a heartbeat! Thank you Ian and Mattress Firm!!

Great experience and quick. I needed a full mattress for a daybed. Mr. Young handled business. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The only reason I am giving four stars is I purchased the mattress protector which is supposed to protect the mattress from soil, allergens, bedbugs, etc. But this cover leaves the bottom of the mattress exposed, so Im not convinced. Will return it and purchase one like I have that totally encloses the mattress with a zipper.

Had James Young at Owings Mills as the store manager. He took his time with me, was very patient and kind, very informative, and I couldn’t be happier. I actually came back to this store to buy specifically from him!

We ordered a sleep system online for delivery to a friends house. The delivery was to be made on 2/25 but unfortunately, we were not able to travel from our home back to hers in time for the delivery to be done. My husband went online and cancelled the original order. That rep said we would receive a refund in 7-10 days back into our friends checking acct. That didnt happen. When we got back to Reisterstown, we went into the Mattress Firm store in Owings Mills and talked to Kandice Brooks. Explained our situation and said our friend was now home and ready to have that bed system delivered. She went online, saw that the original order had never been cancelled, cancelled it and refunded the cost and processed a re-order for the same bed system. Arranged delivery for 2 days out...on a SUNDAY no less. KANDICE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR US. KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!!
