This will be the last time I go to this store there was no greeting when I came in. I had my 6 year old daughter with me. I got the shoes I wanted for her things improved until I got to the register and a employee not knowing what to say out of her mouth to her coworker. Like willingly saying the N word and nobody is correcting her. That is completely inappropriate since she is the person working and should not be calling the people she works with by that and only thier name and nothing more. She said this word a few times in front of me while my kid is there and I got upset I then had to tell her that it is not professional for her to be speaking like that and she apologized but the damage is already done. So thank her I wont be back to spend my kk ey in this store.

Would give it 0 stars. 3 employees. No one greeted. We were the only customers. Everyone on their phones. Passing you by and still didnt even acknowledge us. Horrible. We will never shop there again

Certainly will frequent this Shoe City more often. The floor sales personnel was very helpful and attentive. The cashier, very pleasant and helpful as well. Quality customer service is the name of the game. They had the shoe, I was looking for and the price was right. Its a Win.

Second time to this store in two weeks and I am Always greeted with a Hello. The customer service was fine. The store is clean and presentable and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for A pair of shoes or nice outfit.

The customer service on the floor was nice but I feel like because they knew my 13 yo was buying for himself they upped the price. The tag on the shoe he wanted was $86.95 and when the girl behind the register rung him up it was an extra $10, instead of giving him the tag price she just said No, gotta give you the price in the register. Well my son being 13 didnt know and I was fuming...ripping off people is not ok but then you do it to a kid.

I will never shop here again some of the employees are great but not all this particular store never have my size in almost everything and you cant home order or in house order so now I have to drive all the way out towson or Columbia to get my fit I work alot and I dont have time for this at all thank you for giving me reasons why I dont buy Jordans Im done with show city there all about presentations and lack alot in there stock

Just left this store. Was greeted by a young gentleman with dread locks who seemed to be working the entire store by himself. Passed a taller young lady in all white with braces and long hair weave who was texting on her phone the entire time. She blended in with the store so much that I thought she was a mannequin. Never offered to help me. I asked if she worked there and she nodded her head yes. I asked for a shoe and she abruptly said LAST SIZE. The gentleman had to run over and assist me. Obviously texting on her phone was more important. I will no longer spend my money in this store. Staff is very ratchet. I cant believe Shoe City employs rude people like this. With so many people who are unemployed, its quite sad to see someone take their job for granted. Thank you to the gentleman who helped me, although you did not have my desired sizes in any of the three shoes that I was looking to purchase.

Not the cleanest place, nor widely stocked but the prices are hard to beat.
