Grace and Lawrence absolutely awesome! They welcome me with open arms and have flourished since leaving the Reisterstown CVS up the street. Woo Hoo! Thanks Grace and Lawrence you crew are a reflection of you and it shows.
Stay away from this pharmacy. The employees are incompetent and fail to understand how important it is to fill prescriptions correctly. I drove an hour round trip to pick up medicine from there as my local CVS store failed to fill it for 2 weeks. Upon getting back, i found that they had filled it with the wrong manufacturers medicine that was clearly written on the prescription. It took the pharmacist at my local CVS more than 25 minutes to try to explain to the pharmacy on what to do to correct the situation. Please learn from my experience and go elsewhere.
Wait time is TOO long. It takes 2+days to process called in rx. Never ready when its supposed to be. Asked to come back but still have to stand or idle in LONG lines, in store and drive thru. POORLY STAFFED AT ALL LOCATIONS IVE SHOPPED IN BALTIMORE AREA. The worst pharmacy EVER!
Listen cvs, you have stop hiring the people that were fired by McDonalds. Rude employees, specially if they smurfs you catch my drift. 2nd issue they take my prescription that I need urgently because I have quadruple bypass surgery and they call me -‘a day later and tell me they’re are out of stock. I could have died save yourself a headache go to wegman, got my medicine in 10 and a nice white lady actually greeted me and said have a nice day . Cvs is GUTTo never again.
I went to pick my sons malaria prescription since he was traveling to Africa the followingday. The west African lady told me to pay $289 for it since my insurance didntcover . I called back the doctors office and they told me to ask the lady, whats other cheaper malaria pill they had in stock? She rudely replied thats all they had and its probably because I have bad insurance. I told my sons pediatrician to send the same prescription to RITEAID on Smith ave,I got it for $130. So if that pharmacist get a chance to read this just know you ain’t better than anyone with your nose sticking up. Please pull up your socks when it comes to customer service please. Am never buying anything from cvs ever. Yall such big time🤮🤮🤢🤢
GO TO WEGMANS TO FILL A PRESCRIPTION??? SAID PHARMACY TECH LAWRENCE AND JOHN THE SERVICE REP!!! WHO TRAINS THESE PEOPLE??? I stated that I dont do business anywhere else, and requested assistance to fill PRESCRIPTION at another nearby CVS location? as this pharmacy tech, Lawrence explained he did not have 2 ingredients to make the prescription needed then stated he cannot call any other CVS pharmacy to check on availability, and rather I go to WEGMANS??? So now CVS Pharmacy loses customers, because the staff is trained to promote WEGMANS pharmacy!!!Fix this please. And to WEGMANS I WILL GO!
They are terrible with refilling prescriptions. They will hold your prescription there after the doctor sends it over. When I asked the pharmacist he said they are back up. Each time because it has happened to me over 3 times. This is not good service.
I think the lady was very nice
The service was HORRIBLE. The person working the window told us “we don’t have this here and gave us back the prescription.” She didn’t ask if the prescription was urgent and did not offer to order it. She was very short in her responses and seemed to have an attitude when I asked questions about our options to obtain the medication. It was probably one of my worst experiences at a pharmacy. I am writing this review to inform others who are ill or dropping off prescriptions to go to another location if at all possible. Even if medication is not in stock, it can be ordered or the customer can be told where to go to get further assistance. I asked her to call another CVS to see if they had it and she said “we don’t do that.” I understand many are having bad days but there are tons of poor reviews for this location and it is fairly new to the area. I hope Management does a mystery shopper survey or a through audit of the store soon. This was beyond poor service. FYI. The CVS in Resisterstown was much more friendly and provided options to assist with the prescription. 😃
I have visited this store twice and both time had to wait in line to long. No one was in line other than myself. Cashier need customer service training.
The manager and Male cashier are thieves. You know you pocketed the money.bad for this community.
Turning people away for the 2nd COVID shot.
Great place for vaccine and gray place to shop.
The drive thru service is horrible, waited in line for over 30 mins.
Got a text confirming that my prescription has been filled. I went thru drive thru - 25 minutes later the person told me that my medication is OUT OF STOCK!This pharmacy started out decent a few years back, but now they are as bad as the others around this area.
Pharmacy is ALWAYS slow and UNDERSTAFFED
OMG. Love love love.. my coupons, convenience, and customer service. Mindy and Miracle best thing that ever happened to the store. I go in two times a week depending on my coupons..and I have to admit there is one person there that religiously treats me like Im stealing but... Im pretty well to do but I take my money seriously, so, i only buy when it is on sale. The store does often have sale items I bring to register only to find it was labeled incorrectly and for some reason this particular manager honors it but with a lil bit of a chip on her shoulder. I think that all customer service reps should listen to their staff, their customers, and treat everyone respectfully and youd have an A1 environment. I wish they could like clone Mindy and Miracle and just have them through the store. Of to spend another $100. Seems like evry time I visit Im spending another hundred or so BUT HONEY IF I DIDNT HAVE MY COUPONS. GET THAT EXTRACARE!!!!!
I waited in the pharmacy line for literally 25mins with two cars in front of me to receive my birth control just to realize a week later my birth control is expired..... wow
Extremely slow drive through. Waited over 10 minutes and not a single car moved. Luckily I was the last car and a backed out. When I went inside there wasn’t a SINGLE customer inside. So I’m trying to figure out why the drive through with 4 people waiting wasn’t moving. I’m a cvs tech myself, no excuse for that. There were 4 techs and a pharmacist inside
The drive thru at this location is absolutely horrible! You will be sitting in line for a minimum of 30 minutes! They’re extremely slow! Turtles are quicker than them!
Do not get in the drive through lane!! I am currently in line to pick up a prescription and I have been stuck for over 30 minutes, with 3 people still in front of me. There is no way to get out of line, so once you get in line you are trapped! I can not believe corporate CVS is allowing this.
I just had a very kind and helpful encounter with the store manager, involving the photo booth.. of all things...thank you again!
Went to drop off my childrens prescription last night, I waited at the drop off window for about 10-12 minutes with my 6 year old before even being acknowledged. Once the lady asked if I was in the drop off line to drop off a prescription and I said yes, she said hold on please its just the two of us here :(. When she finally came over and I gave her the prescriptions for my two sick kids, she asked if I needed them that night it was about 3 pm, I said no I can wait (she seemed flustered), she then told me what time they open this morning and I agreed to come back at that time. I pulled up in the drive through because by now surely my order must be ready, only to be told by the lady it was not ready yet and I have to wait another 15 minutes, meanwhile my husband is waiting on me to get home because the kids are sick and home from school so that he can go to work :(. I rolled up my window to wait at the drive through so that they can hand me the meds and I can head home, after about 5 minutes, the pharmacist opens the window and proceeds to tell me that they cannot just have me wait at the drive through window, that I can pull around and wait in the parking lot or come in, at which time I tell her no problem and pull off without my prescriptions. Now about 15 minutes after I get home, I get a text saying my prescription is ready. That was my last time using this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions and probably CVS for that matter and I am going to ask them to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Very dissatisfied!
I had a very bad experience today at CVS. We were waiting behind the car in drive through lane before closing . Once the car left they directly closed the counter saying its 8 and we close our counters at 8. Instead we could have directly went into CVS for medicine pickup. We are disappointedly with the service. They should monitor the cars in the drive through.
Good service from Jasmine (cashier).
Everyone was nice and friendly. Clean organized brand new store
Please answer the phone
I had a very bad experience in this store today. I was told that I cannot shop there without wearing a facial mask due to covid 19. I have respiratory problems and keep a web page from the state of Maryland in my phone where it states that anyone with breathing problems should not be wearing a mask. WEARING A MASK IN A RETAIL STORE IN MARYLAND IS NOT A LAW. ITS A RECOMMENDATION ONLY. The manager whose name I was told is Theresa Sanders VERBALLY harrassed my wife and I and told us to get out of the store. I showed the web page from the state to her but she continued to insist it was a law in Maryland to wear a mask even though it clearly isnt recommended for people with respiratory problems. This store also has this law posted on the front window of the store as you enter. I immediately went home and made a formal complaint to CVS corporate office and should be receiving communication within 48 hours. By illegally trying to force me to put a mask on in the store she would have been endangering my life and I will be speaking to my attorney regarding this matter as well.
This pharmacy should just close. The actual pharmacy is terrible. Long long waits. The drive thru is basically a time trap. Unhelpful staff. Looks like they are severely understaffed.
I filled my prescription at this CVS and they were quick and extremely pleasant to work with. Great Staff!
Best pharmacy experience I have ever had! The staff are super nice and helpful. The pharmacist, Lawrence, is the best!
This place is brand new. I have been here a few times and am switching my daily medicine to CVS. Staff is great and the store is nice and clean.
The stuff refused to sign me up with the saving card, though I asked her if she had one I can use to save up some money on the merchandise that was on sale..The regular price was $10.29, but with the saving card, I would have paid $8.99 so I walked out and Went to a different CVS and was able to pay $8.99.
This may get a tad long for a review but total worth it. How ever the TL:DR Greeted by phenomenal staff and very clean store. Everyone should give it a chance! In case you need a location reminder New CVS on Reistertown Rd@ the intersection of Painters Mill,This is place is better run that any CVS I have had encountered. First starts the lady at the from registers closet to the entrance, immediately greeted me though the door. This was not typical as most CVS stores have a person at register that typical grunts at you as you enter the store. She said, Welcome to CVS! with such a smile on her face that you could tell that he was genuinely happy to have come in. I wish I need her name, as credit is due, but i can describe her as because of darker complexion African American perhaps), a little on the shorter side it sees (although everyones shorter than I so really its all relative) as far as I can tell had long hair. I have never had a store greeter so pleasant in the past and it really made me feel at is as if my patronage was wanted.Fast forward to the pharmacy transaction. The young lately that greeted me was also very polite. Again I did not get her name. (No I realize this had become a repeating issue. Much easier to identify people if you want to review them) Anyway she was young, pretty, African American (i assume) Short tight-back hair in curls. Wen I approached the desk we quickly realized that my scripts werent quite ready and she would see to it herself to make she they were done in the next 5 mins. Sure enough she retrieved my medications for me in no time and I were once not forced to sit in corner some where til some one called my man.As for anything, the overl cleanliness of the store was amazing. I realize its new and this could change over time but for now its. Customer service was top notch. One the way out was again greeted wishing, e farewell that welcomed me in.
Very clean and the Young Lady that works up front is so helpful.
Really nice, nice staff!!
Love it!
