If I could put zero stars, negative stars I would. If you want the worst shopping experience of your entire life, go here. The people act like they hate you and their job. Lazy, ignorant, and hateful. I can’t wait for the place across the street to be built so they lose their business and their jobs. They have like two people that work there that don’t mind doing their jobs, everyone else acts like they need to find a new job and they need to quit trying to make your life as miserable as they feel. If you own or manage this place you really need to check on your people- they are not okay.

Would give zero stars if possible. Doesnt matter time of the day, there are 4 or 5 staff on their phones talking to their bebe daddys, or talking to each other bout dey naliz, and one guy working the register.

I used to go here once a week to get gas before work. The gas is watered down. But my reason for the low rating is because I paid with the cashier with my credit card, and by the time I got home (within minutes) my card info was stolen and someone tried to use it to spend $100 at that location. Luckily it didnt go through, but if thats how weak their security system is...I dont want it.

This Rofo is always on point, as most Rofo are.As you might be able to identify, Snorlax might be in need of coffee, luckily there is some fresh stuff... Just out of reach.It is guaranteed to be Super Effective .

This place is a joke! Cashiers slow as zombies. Never had an food order correct even though its displayed on there screen! Food sucks anyway and tastes old. Definitely will not be waisting my hard earned money here anymore.

This place looks more run down as each year passes. Trash overflowing 90+% of the time. Has prices are no longer a better deal than competition. Service inside is sufficient. Air machine rarely seems to workAs time progresses, this place will turn into a 1star...

Stupid,sarcastic and condescending employees and mgrs. Prices are not reflective of sale prices and have problems with short and out of date items. Dirtiest convenience store I have ever seen.

The Deli is not reliable, the food is not allays fresh and most of the time thepeople behind the counted get your order wrong every single time.The person at the counter does not even bother to look at what you order.systematically working like this is very wrong, you are cheating peopleDont buy at the deli!

I have NEVER once gotten a correct order here. Its been a while, so I tried again today. The guys making the food were enjoying chatting with each other which made them beyond slow preparing the food. I ordered a sub with mayo and onions. You would think with only two items theyd get it right, but no, came home and discovered no onions. Never again.

They should pay attention to there coffee.The creamer is bad.You can taste it.It been going on for 2-3 weeks now.

If you order food you better make sure you actually get all of it before you walk out the door. And you have to ASK for your receipt. Otherwise youll walk out with whatever parts of your meal they decide to actually give you then without your receipt youre screwed. And dont bother putting sauces on your order, you wont get those either.

The only good parts about this place is the fact they have diesel, and a decent car wash. The internal staff is incompetent. Ordered a 3 piece tenders meal with fries and a roll, and a small side of Mac and Cheese. I received my tenders, and Mac. No roll, and no fries. Didnt realize this as I was waiting to pay and didnt see them assemble my order. Called the store, they told me that must have been what I ordered. Theyre incorrect in their assessment of the situation.

The air pumps are always out of commission at this location. There are 2 (two) air pumps available. One is FREE and BROKEN. The other pump charges 50 cents. I loss money on the pump that requires payment. I inserted my coins and the pump was not operating. The FREE air pump has been broken for months; the operators refuse to repair or replace it. That is unacceptable. Why have 2 air pumps on the premises and BOTH remain inoperable? [SMH]

I was there last night around 9pm. The line was very long with only one cashier. Also the chicken taste like its not fresh everytime Ive been in there.

If youre in NEED, dont go to this Royal Farms. I NEEDED some air for my tire and was happy to see Free Air advertised. We get to the machine and it is broken on the valve so you cant get free air, but they mustve done it on purpose because conveniently adjacent the machine is another air machine that costs precious quarters. Out of luck, I put my last quarters in the pay machine only to find the nozzle for that machine was broken too!! Now I cant get air and I lost my last quarters to buy some elsewhere. These folks couldnt even put up a sign. Definitely frustrating on a 17 degree day.

Im here regularly. I love up the street and have never had a poor experience. This location is older than some of the newer ones in the area, and the interior has since received a few upgrades.

I used to go to this Royal Farms location all the time since it is around the corner from my home. One time I went through the car wash and the machine grab my wiper blade and yanked it so hard it came off and cracked my windshield. We notified the manager and was given the information for the corporate office. They had to review the video to confirm the windshield wasnt cracked before we went in the wash. (IT WASNT!!!) We dont go through that car wash anymore.A handful of times we went to get chicken and potato wedges were terrible. We got food that looked fine but had a horrible burnt taste, probably from old burnt oil they used to fry everything. We had to return to the location to get fresh food. What a waste of time! Another time the potato wedges were so hard we decided buying food from this location wasnt worth it.I go to the new Royal Farms on the corner of Reisterstown Rd and Delight Rd for my chicken and potato wedges.The only reason I still go to this Royal Farms is because of Redbox.

I love Royal Farms usually but, I have given this location 3 different tries and all have been poor. One day they had two people in the office behind the counter laughing and carrying on while there was a line of 20 people. Finally one came out to help the other cashiers. The other two times the kitchen staff seems more preoccupied with their conversations than with making orders which slows them down immensely. This location is not up to par with others in the area.

I wrote my lottery on paper so thats therw no confusion. The lady said you need to tell me the numbers. Not sure if its because Im black and shes white but I felt nothing but attitude. Tries to call the store but they probably need the phone off the hook because of complaints.

The food is very bad, sits for hrs, the employees making the sandwich wash their station and make u a sandwich with the same gloves!Not to mention order allays comes out wrong.I hope the FDA stops by and teaches them a lesson.

Rewards card and the whole point reward free system to get something for them is kind of con scheme or big big mess !The cashier has no idea what does it mean and how it works ! The manager is ??? Its really good for a gas station around here, but well below average for a Royal Farms. Air hose has been missing for a month. Pay air magically appears next to it.

They are going on 2 weeks of not having Splenda! How do you run out of Splenda?

There was no chicken!!! We paid for the orders and then they said the chicken will take 15 minutes. Not good at all when we have to get to work.

The staff here is the best, the restrooms and food areas are clean and everyone is fast and friendly.

The place itself is great. I have had issues with the service from time to time.
