Do not bother going to this location after 8pm. The 2 guys that work there do not want to be there and refuse to serve you anything other than a scoop of ice cream. If you ask for a milkshake you wont get one. I have been told milkshakes arent served after 8:30pm, Ive been told we dont make them at all because customers complain they melt too fast and they dont want to deal with it, they dont want to clean the blender, and most recently they said the manager told them dont make milkshakes because they dont make a profit from them. The Google hours say they close at 12am (its on a college campus) and the door says they close at 10/11pm. Its a crapshoot if they are open for business. They say they close at 8:20, 9:10, 9:40, 10:15, random times depending on if they feel like working that night. You would be better going to any other Dunkin/Baskin if you dont want to waste your time and gas driving to this location. These 2 guys should stay in bed and management should find replacements for them.

Terrible experience, they never get their order right, they take forever to take your order and the service overall is terrible. I order something very simple and they forgot what I even ordered at the window and they still gave me the wrong order. I had to go back inside to let them know about their waffle cone tasting really old and the staff didnt care at all. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

I ordered 2 quarts from them last night through DoorDash. They held my order over 45 minutes and when it arrived, it was not what I ordered. I called and it went to MAGIC JACK voicemail. I drove over and they actually closed on me 30 minutes before their time. Last time I order from this location. They now cheat their customers

They would not make two milkshakes 15 minutes before the stated closing hours because the had already washed the blender. I guess the allotment of dishwashing soap was used for the day. Ridiculous!

There was a BUG in my icecream I was licking my ice cream and then I felt something weird on my tongue then I took out a bug from my tongue! Do not go here ever

Online said closing at 10pm at 925 they let A customer out and locked the door back without saying A word! Notice drive through set in that line forever with only 2 cars A head of my and when I reached the board to give my order I never received A greeting I was left to sit there for another 5 mins and when I yelled hello still no answer! Service sucks

Every time I go to this location I receive one or two things, horrible service or no product.I would think after giving them the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions that would change but it has not. Avoid this location at all cost!

We love the ice cream here but last time I was there I gave the guy the exact total amount and he basically robbed me, and arguing with me, horrible experience! Plus I did pay double and getting wrong order so disappointed.

I’m not happy about there being only 1 non dairy flavor. I expected more from Ben & Jerry’s.So disappointed

As the staff comes and goes, so does the service. Never worse than average, though, and Ive been frequenting for a decade. Being from NY/NJ area, Im a bit horrified to really dig their bagels!

Very good Baskin Robbins with Dunkin Donuts. The place is kept clean and the service is good.

Pulled up at 9:30pm tonight to get ice cream and the staff closed the door AS THEY SAW MY CAR PULL UP locked the door in my face when it says youre open until 10pm online. Then acted like I didnt exist at door.

Closing time is listed as 10:30pm I arrived at 10pm the doors were locked and the workers inside refused to even give me eye contact after knocking on the door.

Its was 9:58. It says that it closes at 10:30pm. I tried to open the doors and they were locked. I knocked and they just stared.

Posted hours are until 10:30pm, yet whenever we get there were unsure if theyre going to be closed. When we got there before 9pm tonight, they were already closed. Bunch of crap!
