Todays story 🙃Delivered sofa. All looks good.Delivery guy using utility knife to unpack sofa and cut sofa on a side. He was in panic and start to make fake manufacturing damage. After all, he called to the store and report damage. Store accept and promise to replace. Will see.And story begins.Primary cause of damage was difficulty removing the sofa from the room. The delivery persons did not disassemble to save time as they thought they could get it done quickly on their end.During removal bad sofa from room, delivery people make a DAMAGE of:Expensive Cork floorHole on the wallDoor moldings is damaged.And finally damage corners.Just for fun 😉 we are finished remodeling 30 days ago. 30 days. 😫😫😫😱😱😱😱😫😫😫Im not upset Im furious.😫😫Talk with store sales, and got answer:We truly apologized and we take care of it.I would like to discuss compensation before we discuss any plans to replace the sofa as I would like to ensure that these damages will be covered by either MD furniture or whichever delivery company is accountable.Tomorrow morning I will start to discuss situation.Will update you with results.Story continue...Spoke with an owner. Got promise to fix all damages and deliver new sofa. Waiting two weeks. Today July 14, still waiting.Finalizing story..After a couple phone conversations with the store and responsible people, I got results. Thanks God 🙏 I have a friend who works in construction business. Got estimate for repairs and store issued payment for repair damage in the apartment.Just recommendation for future customers:1. Check prices ( I use internet to compare)2. Watch delivery people3. Check your furniture for any damages4. Do not sing any paperwork before checkingAnd, end of story...Everybodys happy, except my physican.😊

I bought a dinette set. About 1am I was awaken from my sleep by the sound of broken glass. The table came apart with nobody in the room. I have had this table for a month. The table appears to have been glued together.

Walked in and was not greeted. Customers should feel welcomed to come into an establishment. A woman finally came over after sitting on one of the tables watching me and was not thrilled to do her job. Prices are also over the top. I would never come in here again.

This was a spur of the moment visit to MD Furniture. The store is bright with some very fancy chandeliers (pricey). Furniture is on the rather glitzy side, with rhinestone tufting buttons, etc. Furniture styles are over-the-top with some of the pieces representing heavily carved frames and busy upholstery. Salespeople are friendly and welcoming.

I found some great furniture here. Delivery was great they even set my furniture up for me. Customer service was great to.Thanks Jacque. I would return.

I was very surprised how nice the furniture was in this store. I didnt purchase anything but it was because they didnt have what I was looking for.

Beautifull, unique and blinged out furniture selection!!! Love the glass sculptures and decorative accessories. Such an eclectic collection of pieces.. its fun just to see it all! Attentive and professional sales staff tried to help my find the right size dresser for my sons room! I found a living room set I love and would absolutely purchase there!

OVERPRICED!!! Originally made our purchase from the Arundel Mills location through their FAKE catalog. Their furniture was eye catching through the show glass, so we went in, customer service was good until we signed the payment agreement. The furniture was delivered and looked completely different in COLOR and QUALITY (Complete trash). We called the store and to speak with the managers, they refused to fix the issue. They are scammers, once the agreement is signed they no longer care about customer satisfaction. Please be aware and stay away!

Worst service I ever experienced in my life. My furniture was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. Then I received a call to pick out a different set because they didn’t have what I paid for. Then they lied to me all day saying my order was on the way until they closed. I had a party scheduled at my home with no furniture. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS PACE EVERERRRR. Zero stars if I could.
