First off let me say this... I am amazed at how clean and organized this store is. As soon as you walk in it was just neat and clean. Everyone had on mask and it was not over crowded. I must admit they had everything that I was looking for and then some. I would highly recommend this store and location to all my friends. I was also told by a sales person that they update weekly so you will always have an opportunity to see new items when you return. I was greeted with a polite smile by a salesperson and the person behind the counter was very professional and helpful in making sure I found everything that I was looking for and again I would highly recommend this store and the location is perfect. I will definitely be back soon. I only wish that they offered delivery especially for some of the more heavier items that may not fit in my car or too heavy to simply place in a cart and just leave. Maybe that is something someone can mention to the corporate office and they can start emplimenting this. But the store overall deserves a 10.

Exceptional range of products. Was able to get a coffee pour over dripper with a mug at a reasonable price (exceptional value). I had visited a wide cross-section of stores without success over the last few weeks.

Highly recommend. Its a shopping experience! Like going through wonderland. So many decor findings. Prices are reasonable. So many choices that you have to be strong to stay in your budget. Happy shopping!

Home Goods is one of those places where I find stuff even when Im not actually looking for anything. This particular location has everything. The staff is always friendly. And I never have to look for help, the associates are always in arms reach when needed.

I love Home goods and they usually have a good selection of pretty much everything. Im looking for fall stuff in particular pumpkins and I have to say I was somewhat disappointed. Of course I never leave there empty-handed. maybe in the next couple weeks theyll get some more stuff in I guess it is a little early

The place for everything Christmas

They had what I came for! So happy...Saw it at Towson store, but it was sold before I went back to get it. Owings Mills had it though!

3.5 stars.As a male I dislike home goods. I was dragged in there by my mother. I was 1 of 4 men. The other 3 were a husband and 2 employees. This location does a great job having tidy shelves. Some of these stores look like a bull ran through the shop, this one not so much.

This store is my FAVORITE, well organized, stacked with lovely people.

Not up to the expectations, the aisles were completely full when I visited this store before pandemic. But now very few options on top of that few aisle were empty too. I would not recommend this store to shop if you are looking for wide variety of collection especially kitchen items.

Visited Home Goods for the first time after hearing so many positive comments and recommendations. From entering the store to checkout, a pleasant experience start to finish. The floor personnel were courteous and helpful. Home decor items were in full effect. Customer service was as though training had been received without appearing rehearsed or insincere. Quality is the order of the day, not the exception. Excellent experience!!!

HomeGoods is super hit or miss and from my experiences usually a bit more miss than hit. That being said, this particular location seems tidy and well organized. It doesn’t have that picked through disaster feeling that some HomeGoods around Baltimore have. If you need random kitchen and bath accessories they usually have some nice deals and a decent selection.

You can get some great prices here. I love Skinny Syrups and they charge $3.99 compared to Amazon at $7.99

Such a pretty store, a lot of goods are really high end though but its definitely something youd want to invest in. The aisles and shelves are always organized. The employees are nice and helpful.

HomeGoods! This was a fun shopping trip. This was our (My husband and I, actually) first time in this store. As we entered the store, right away, their displays captured our attention. It was bright, very neat and clean. Cheerful atmosphere. The customers seemed as happy as I was to be there. So many wonderfully festive Easter decorations and candy. I went in to buy pictures for my bathroom walls. I did not find one, however, I did purchase a salad-spinner and an adorable, super-soft doggie blanket for our dogs. I would definitely would recommend HomeGoods in Owings Mills, MD.

Home Goods is a great concept and I almost always find something awesome, but this location isnt as nice as Eldersburg or Westminster. It tends to be loaded with stuff piled haphazardly, lots of it chipped or scratched or otherwise damaged...you frequently have to really dig, move pieces, etc, but that can be half the fun of finding. Still, actually broken items should be removed from the sales floor or at least significantly refuced, like by half, not 20%. The manager is dismissive, chomped on his gum with his hands in his pockets while speaking with me, and its def worth going to another location.

Purchased a table that had a scratch, the Manager gave us a 10% discount. Always something beautiful to buy in this store.

Staff is usually very friendly and professional. Store constantly had new items and is generally clean and in order.Update: No longer five stars. Today manager was rude due to my appearance and unwilling to be helpful until I pulled out my receipts and showed him how much I had spent in his store the prior week during two trips (thus, not including the purchases I was attempting to make). That was sufficient evidence for me that he was at least stereotyping me before hand. Therefore, I cancelled todays purchase, retrieved and returned unused purchases from the prior week, and will go to the Eldersburg store in the future,which customers I met during prior trips here suggested to me.

Cannot leave here empty handed. Great store.

I love Home Goods but had the worst experience at this store. After looking for the perfect floor mirror for my apartment for months, I found one at this store. Knowing how quickly items sell out, I purchased it and put it on a paid hold since I have a smaller car. I was able to find a friend with a bigger car who agreed to help. I came back for the mirror within a week but they had already put it back on the floor. Obviously it was gone by the time i got there. Not to mention I called and checked earlier to make sure that the mirror was still there. Whats the point of a hold?? When I got there the managers and staff acted oblivious to this and as if this happens all the time and I just needed to deal with it.

I needed to find some large mirrors for the bathroom vanity and Home Goods had exactly what I needed at a good price.

First time there . . . . loved it! Found EXACTLY what I was looking for all over Baltimore and was about to give up when I remembered the HomeGoods store. Merchandise is beautiful, prices are great.
