I have had the pleasure to purchase from here twice in the last two weeks.Both times my delivery was prompt and accurate. I could not order from here via the D app, as it showed no available locations. If you have a special request, add it to your order (cold item, special packaging) and they will try to comply. Same as the other one star, they never greet you or say thank. It would be nice!I just stopped greeting them or saying thanks !I know it must be tough to find good help.... but damn!!!

Horrible customer service!!! The guy I believe is the owner didnt greet me. He started scanning my items without saying a word. I finally said hello, he half way spoke back. This is the second time I visited this store ( same experience). I will not spend my money and help pay their bills with HORRIBLE customer service like that.

If you want a bottle of wine and its after 9pm go here. Open later than anybody. Huge selection and great prices. The owner is from Asia and is always there. He will give you advice on what to buy and he is always right. Friendly people and place, go there!

I wine it’s self is very nice but the service I received was horrible I spoke 3 times to a man trying to get his attention to serve me and he ignored me and my family till someone else served us all one the other guy started talking then he came over in that time he kept looking for other people. To be fair I wouldn’t buy anything off then after a such a rude service seemed very up himself. This was at the a&p show 2019

Love this place. Its small but they have everything you may need and the prices arent too bad. They have a huge selection of beer and wine and the wine is pretty easy to find because its well organized. The parking situation can be a problem if you go when theyre busy but other than that, this is a great place.

Customer serve was excellent. They made me feel comfortable right away. We even shared a laugh.

You better hope your credit card will swipe and not hand entered because he wont do it. The place is dirty small and cludered. Much better place less then a mile away. The only reason this place gets 1 star is because I cant give it less

This is a deli. Or maybe google has my review off. I have been to the Euro deli twice. Its a Russian place. Novel in that not everybody speaks English. Friendly people. The meat is good. Not cheap. I would recommend.

I understand that an occasional bad bottle of wine is not necessarily your fault. However, not wanting to work it out with a local customer is just not good business. I cant help but think that this would have never happened with the previous owners. You lost my business.

The family that runs this place is cool, a bit anxious about young people coming in. But aye, they need to keep an eye out, college students are one of their most popular customers.

Decent prices but the location is very difficult to navigate. It has a very small parking lot right off a very busy street. It also shares the lot with a Euro Deli, a nail salon, barber shop and laundry mat. Try parking on the side to prevent fender benders.

Calculate it bill and money before you leave!!!!!! Indian guy charge me more on 7$ I dont pay attention first on my bill and guy dont give me my receipt, minute later on parking lot I found that and I comeback to store trying to get my 7$ back, but he started lying to me he cant found my transaction and bla bla bla, I sad give me my money back or I call cops and they immediately start delete video from security cameras . Watch out !

I often shop at this store and have found that the staff is prejudice, in age, gender and race. I purchased a 30 pack of beer and have asked that the staff person to remove it from the cooler, place it on the counter, and place it in my car after purchase. They did it once, but yesterday they did not. The staff person removed it from the cooler and handed it to me and walked away. I could struggled with the carton placing it on the counter to pay and the person at the cash register smiled as I struggled. I then struggled to get it to my car. I will never shop at this store again. I believe they would not assist me because of my age, gender and race.
