Pricing for the unit was $50 less than their competitor as well as had flexible options if we decided to move out earlier. Bonus was working with Terri. We used Extra Space last year to store my daughters stuff from Stevenson and we were so pleased we used it this year again. They made it sooooo easy for me to call and quickly get it set up so she can begin to move stuff in. This is perfect for out of town parents who need to get storage for their college student. A++×Update 8/31 I completely forgot to tell them we moved out on Sunday and thankfully they called proactively to make sure we were able to successfully move out. I cannot speak higher for them!!!! Will be back in the spring

Speedy, efficient and friendly service. Storage unit was just what I needed. Price was great!Update: I checked out of my unit today, which was one day after my payment was automatically deducted. I spoke with Saimah on the phone. She handled my request to close out my account speedily and also requested a reversal of charges pending verification that my unit was clear. She called me back with 30 minutes to confirm that my account was clear and that I would be receiving a refund. My experience with Extra Storage was pleasant all the way around and I will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise, and recommend them to anyone I know!

This property is clean and well managed. The site manager Tina was off at the time I was there, but I heard great things about her. I had an excellent experience working with Kat OHare. She is obviously very passionate about working for Extra Space and relates with people very well. I was impressed that she will go out of her way to make sure that the customers are very pleased with Extra Space. I wish that there were more like her and I can picture Kat as the perfect employee. I would expect that she will move up the ladder quickly and it wouldnt surprise me to hear that other companies would take notice and offer her other opportunities. Great property to rent from.

Excellent staff, clean, gated, restrooms, priced great and first month was free. Located on Owings Mills Blvd. Been using them for years now.

Called at the end of the day and was greeted like it wasnt right near closing time. Very friendly, listened to what my needs were. Looked up my options based on my location. Offered to show me the spaces available the same day. I arrived 10 minutes late but she didnt even flinch. We took her little golf cart to the unit. She grabbed a lock in case I liked it. Price for a 10x 15 unit was great. She gave me the option getting the first month free and then going full price of 168/month or just taking for discount rate of 128mo. I signed up for consistent rate. For 10$ more I got 24/7 Access. Space was clean. Very easy to get to. Security on property all the time. Was not the closest storage place but was newer and less expy.

I’d highly recommend this storage center. I needed a unit last minute after realizing that my couch didn’t fit into my new apartment. Anita walked me through my options, eased my mind with the security features, and gave me a great deal!

Tina was very friendly and helpful on the phone before my arrival. I explained that I hadnt rented a storage unit in a couple of decades and I just lost my father. She patiently answered all of my questions. Upon arrival, she knew who I was and helped immediately. She drove the golf cart safely to two units for me to decide on the space I wanted. I was surprised that the golf cart didnt have extra protection for her to keep dry in the rain and snow while showing customers around the property or doing daily maintenance. However, she remained in great spirits. Michael is the gentleman that helped me with the paperwork. The lease was easy to go over. He was very pleasant to work with. While lifting my spirits he worked efficiently and did not waste my time.

I had a great experience with Anita Kromah. She drove me and my daughter around searching for units. We are in process of selling home an she matched our requirements to the perfect size. She was very patient with us as we tried to feel out the size need. Very courteous, professional and warm.

There are two storage places in Owings Mills, this one and another. I checked both out and rented with this one. First, Robert, the proprietor was very friendly and helpful. Second, this place was slightly cheaper. Third, this place is open an hour later at night for access. But most importantly, the 10x10 unit at this place had much higher ceilings. So, rather than being limited by a low 8 ceiling as in the other place, this place allows you to stack cartons higher, and get more bang for your buck. An extra few feet up in a 10x10 unit gives you a lot of extra cubic space to work with. Finally, Robert threw in a couple of pallets for free so my cartons did not have to sit directly on the concrete floor. Another advantage was this unit had a light installed in the ceiling with a pull cord, so I could see what I was doing in the unit at night. The other place had no light in its unit. If you are in Owings Mills, this is the better of the two options on Owings Mills blvd.
