Bria had great customer service, she explain everything perfectly, especially with the fact that this is my first storage unit. She didn’t just try to rush me out of there to move on to the next customer. She took her time and I grateful for her customer service. Thanks again Bria, you are the best!!!

I called public storage today and from the minute India answered the phone she was patient and professional. I came into the office and she quickly showed me both units today. She answered all of my questions! And I was able to purchase a unit. Honestly, I’m so indecisive and had it not been for India I might’ve still been left with questions or unsure about things but she is amazing! I know this is a long review but this is the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time better yet the best customer services ever. She’s also great at multi tasking. She quickly helped another customer and got right back to me. I could go on and on but really Public Storage, India is a gem.

I love the facility where i rent the the employees there are wonderful, however contacting the toll free number, i felt unappreciated and before i could ask my question the rep i spoke with Jillian wasnt very sympathetic to my needs, which helped me in making my decision to leave the storage company. The grounds are very clean, the storage areas are well protected, the office staff Ms. Harriett and Mr. Julian are impeccable. The prices are very affordable. What else can you ask for. I find it very disheartening that this company would not offer any assistance at all to a loyal customer at this time of crisis. My husband and I both got let go from our jobs and after calling to ask for an extension on payment or any kind of financial assistance I was told no assistance was being offered, that we are an essential business and our business has actually increased wow, good for you. Glad youre doing so well. Instead of being so arrogant, it would be nice to offer assistance to those less fortunate. While people are trying to remain healthy, struggling to keep roofs over theirs heads and food on the table, losing their possessions is the last thing you want to worry about. Shame on you!

I rented a storage unit online on Sunday, August16th. I visited the property on Tuesday, August 18th. I rented a climate controlled unit which is inside this dim little hallway . I am a facilitator so I would need to get my materials 6:30 in the morning. In the fall it will be dark. I called the property on Wednesday to tell the property I wanted to cancel because I did not feel comfortable. I was told I had to cancel on the same day to get a refund. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. She was a very inconsiderate property owner. I am renting with Pubic Storage a more secure and lighted property.

Often rent raises are not good, but Scott and Tonya are amazing! Theyre very helpful and knowledgeable about the industry, and they give me a warm home felt welcome every time I see these guys. Theyre wonderful human beings and very professional! Wish there were more people like them in the world, the world would be a better place

I moved out from them because of continuous price increase. In 2 years they increased my rent with more than $100. I give them 3 stars only because of great staff they have. Management was always very nice and helpful, wish the company to take example from it’s employees!!!

Tanya is very knowledgeable and helpful and Scott is a good runner up for any info or extra time you may need with storage stuff. However, this company raises rent on tenants in an outrageous manor... not $10 or $15 but $40 or $50 a month. The staff is truly the only reason Im still here.
