Bought a lift pump yesterday from them didnt pull the pump out of the box and realized i didnt need the 220 and need a 115v one and they will not take it back so now im stuck with a 500 pump that wont work will never shop there again

The service was absolutely wonderful and they had a great supply on hand I didnt have to wait to order what I needed definitely a great place to shop!

I just want to make people aware of Chrest Supplys return policy. There is a restocking fee charged on returns. The receipt states 15% and when you return an item they charge 20%. When employee was questioned about the discretion he stated he should have charged 25% restocking fee. He stated he didnt know why the receipt stated 15%, 20% was a break.

Bought water heater and pressure tank ( over 1500$), owned them for a day. Had to return them the next day ( all in original packaging, un-opened) because contractor said they wouldnt work with the set-up he had going. I didnt relize they had a restocking fee of 15% ( according to receipt). I was hoping would be waved due to boxes being un-opened. They said they would not wave it and re-stocking fee is actually 25% not the 15% on receipt but he would split the difference to 20%. I tried to help the little guy and got screwed. Learned my lesson, never going back, urge others as well.

Just tried to return a $20 shower head. Was told that I could not return it because I “had used it.” Well, last I knew you have to use a shower head to see if you like it! This was an instance of putting it on and taking it off. Does not say anywhere in the store that when you buy from them it is a “final sale” or “exchanges only.” Yet they were willing to take it back if I choose something of comparable value. Even though I ignored the reviews of this company, I was willing to try the small town business. No thanks...I’ll stick to the larger businesses if this is the service I get!!

Guy was very rude towards me cause he wasnt making sense with his answer and my Reply was ... Ooook and walked towards door and his very professional self says o i forgot you know more than i do? Really?? Fantastic was to show you dont care bout your customers my first and last time going into this store
