Metro by T Mobile has become one of the worse Cell Phone Companys around today. T Mobile has destroyed Metro and has made it so Metro Phones no longer work, and try to force you to T Mobil! I think there should be a Class Action Law Suit stated against T Mobil. I have 4 Metro phones that I cant even use, bit am still paying for them each month! T MOBIL IS HORRIBLE! The T stands for TRASH!

The gentleman Jimmy is the best sales associate I have ever had the pleasure receiving service from. This man is patient, he knows how to make a customer feel comfortable about any issues. He goes above and beyond for every need or question I have had to come to him for. If it was not for Jimmy I would have switched companies months ago! I now know I can go to him with any question or concern and be completely satisfied. The best costumer service from any phone company I have been too! I will be recommending to friends and family!

Martin is the nicest person I have meet in a long long time... He knows his job and does it with accuracy. He is extremely knowledgeable in the phones and their abilities and will tell you the honest truth about weather the phone is what you are looking for in a phone. He is worth his weight in GOLD! IT is the best place for customer Service. Metro sucks in the state of Florida the service down there is not good at all. OWOSSE ON STATE AND 21 IS THE BEST STATE EVER.
