Stopped in this morning with a problem with my laptop web browser he had it fixed in about 20 minutes very good service

This man is a crook who I communicated with through Facebook about fixing my iPhone XR screen. I dropped it off early morning and he said that once FedEx ran it would only be about an hour and he would message to let me know. That evening after not hearing from him all day, i went to message him via Facebook and he had blocked me!! No anwser at his place of business either.

Dan is really great and his crew did wonderful getting my laptop working correctly.

I spoke with them over the phone before bringing my marine radio in. They assured me that if I knew what part needed replacing, they can replace it and that they do micro soldering. I started calling once a week after a month, and then maybe only once every couple weeks until before you knew it the radio had been their about 4 months. Each time getting different excuses and assurances of when it would be done. Finally they told me just to come get it. Im quite positive this business will fail in short order.

The owner does not keep to his word on guaranteeing his work. He never fixed the devise and would not give money back as promised. He said he didn’t have the $30 and he kicked me out for asking for better service.

We are working out some professionalism at the moment hes fixing my headphones ans sisters PlayStation had problems in the past but I think hes making things right and turning it around.

Very honest and up front with his work and his prices, If i cant fix it myself hes the only other one i trust to work on my phones or computers. Highly recommend to anyone needing something simple as a new screen or complex as hardware or software reinstalled without loosing numbers pictures or any other info we all keep on our phones without a second thought about what happens if and when that phone breaks.... if he says he can do it he can and will, if he cant no bs he will tell you.

I took my iPhone 11 Pro Max in to get fixed last month and I haven’t heard very much on how far long it will be and now it’s going on 2 -3 months and I’m beyond mad. My boyfriend has been texting him and calling, even stopping by to find what in the world is going on with my iPhone. I need back Now!! So if I was you....I would not take your phone to this business at all. You may not ever see it again.

Brought my Xbox one X in One week and recently got back after a Apparent Correupt Game issue which made it had to be Factory reset. Which caused my error. But ive seen Error Twice in a Row now and Games will not Install at all. Not sure on if i Got Correct Peice back to my Storage box or Wrong One which may be causeing issue. I am a Bit Disappointed.

When he replaced the screen on my galaxy, he scratched grab out of the edge of it, and now my speaker sticks out from my screen where its pushing the front screen protector on my case out. Also he didnt put the screen on straight theres a decent gap between the screen and the phone.

Pretty good experience, the shop was a little dirty, so didnt make the greatest first impression, and but I was told by others that it be better if we just bought a new laptop. He was very reasonably priced and our laptop works fantastic again.

I took my daughters ipad in to repair the screen. The time frame was long. It took almost 3 weeks. But so far the ipad works well and the owner did a great job on a screen that was shattered. Definitely the best price for the repair in town.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Owosso PC & Electonics. He always gave timely replies to my messages and when he didnt have the right part for my phone, he located one within the day so that I didnt have to come back. He even worked past his business hours, which I appreciated.

Went beyond what I was expecting and cost a whole lot less then going through my phones insurance! Ditching the insurance and just take everything here! Well worth stopping in even to just ask a question about your electronics!

Horrible experience! He owes me money and I know now I will never see a penny of it. I only needed my screen replaced on my iPhone back in March . He cut a wire in trying to replace it and couldn’t fix it.... but it took him over a week to figure out he couldn’t fix it. He told me he would reimburse me to go to Apple to get phone fixed. It cost me $179. I sent him receipt back on April 5 and he still has not paid me. He won’t respond to text messages. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!

He knew exactly what to do to my phone!! Fast service at a great price! Will definitely return in the future when needed!!!

Horrible service... He acted like it was going to b an easy fix and should have it done in no time... after 2 1/2 weeks I asked him to call me and let me know how it was going.. and he never did... he had my TV for almost a month and still wasnt even close to being done.. every time I talked to him he had a new excuse as to why its not done...finally just told him to put it back together and I would take it somewhere else...never would suggest this place to anyone..

Ignored our messages after we dropped off our PC and a week later messages us saying he is denying our service because we were annoying him with messages. He never cared to update us and a whole week of having our PC he didnt do a thing for it. Extremely unprofessional and should not be in business. Charges a high labor for low effort.

I shattered my phone screen for the first time yesterday, I knew it was going to be expensive to fix so I called around and asked for prices and my carrier alone was $175 just to fix the screen! When I called owosso pc and phone repair they told me they would be able to ship the part in a day and fix my phone in 20 minutes for almost half the price of everywhere else. The service is quick and very friendly and I would highly recommend this place for all your electronic needs!

Walked in and explained my problem and just as luck would have it Mr. Smith had time to look at my computer and fix my problem right then. I would recommend this gentleman to everyone. He is a pleasure to converse with also. Koodos to Mr. Smith.

My phone and my wifes phone came back broken. I told him I was willing to pay for additional repairs needed to make the phone right. Said he ordered the parts and would be here in a couple days. Could not get him to answer his phone or return my voicemails. I guess thats what happens when he orders the cheapest parts possible. Definitely would recommend not going here. While I was In there he said I usually find you only need 3 of the 5 screws.

Haha..this guy is a joke.Took my sons laptop to have screen replaced, paid in full for the parts up front, he spent the money on something else and said he didnt have the money to order the screen 3 months later.Also said he wouldnt refund my money.He has no idea how to run a business.I would never refer him to anyone.

Talk to the guy for 5 minutes and you will know why you should bring your electronics to him.
