Non-stop letters telling me about their services. I have called them many times trying to get them to stop the mail advertising. They promised to stop but I still get advertisements mailed to me. I view this as harassment. I don’t have hearing deficits. I don’t have “ear wax”. Should the need arise, I will NEVER avail myself of their service. NEVER!

Very unhappy with the service at this place of business! It took five months to get my husbands hearing aid back after them saying they would Send it back to the company & get a new one for him! That is very unacceptable to us! Even w/the fake COVID ‘Epidemic’ we feel they could have gotten them to us somehow! I would not recommend this business to anyone!

Theyre very nice and patient with you and they help you until you are satisfied with your results. If you have any problems they go out of their way to help you fix the problem.
