New staff is great! Sarah and Diane where very helpful, kind and thorough. Made the process very easy, highly recommended. Other clients in the office, very happy as well.

I am VERY disappointed with this office!!! It is sad for a new office in a small town to have such poor customer service. Brian is a complete jerk and if you dont want to be bullied into buying something then dont go to the Owosso Miracle Ear. He completely harassed my 92 year old grandma that I am POA for by continuing to call and not nicely. After numerous calls to bully her into trying to buy 7,000.00 hearing aids she said she was done and hung up. He had the balls to call back and said I dont appreciate you hanging up on me and dont do it again. WHAT???? RIDICOULOUS!!!! I am the one that told her I had heard good things on the other branches to make the appointment there. NEVER AGAIN! I ended up having to call him and threaten him back so he wouldnt call her again.

Friendly staff. Very informative. No pressure.
