I will never do a registry here again, I was helped by Mike and Camron/ managers whom had no clue where my items that were purchased on my registry located, I had to contact corporate office to get the question I needed, mean while as managers they both let me walk out the store unhappy while they were very excited to help other customers! Very bad experience

I was looking for Pilsner glasses and they had them for $3. I loved the sale I also bought towels and wash cloths.

I always enjoy shopping here. I really do like to grill and do it often....and they always seem to have something to make grilling easier. I was actually shopping for something that my son needed this time.The employees in the store were very friendly and helpful as always...that could be a reason I dont mind shopping there. Always a 5 star experience.

Awful customer service. Store would not honor price from online website when website said you can buy and pickup in store. Management said its different skews and wouldnt honor. Awful experience even after showing proof of website. Just lost a customer. No wonder the company is closing their stores.

One of my favorite stores. The whole staff is always friendly. The manager knows me and my daughter face, and always greets us with a friendly welcome.

I was very tired today, looking for one specific item. The sales girl sent me all the way to the back of the store, because she said thats where it was. It was at the front of the store. Ugh!

The best in customer service. Everyone was very helpful. Clean store!! Had alot of clearance items today.

Some of associates that work there act really racial with black customers. This has happened on more than one occasion. Even manager greeted us at the door at 645 were closing in 15 minutes instead of saying welcome! In other words dont come in!! That is rude. As long as the door is still open 5 minutes till the hour. You need to use your PA System to announce you will be closing in 15 minutes.

Looking for toaster, only displays left. Associates stated new shipmenrs after Jan 1, but would order one if I wanted.

Always a good choice to visit when you want things in this category! We buy in the beyond category as often as we buy the bed and bath things. They are now selling Peets coffee and have great pricing on it, so that is always on our list. They have also greatly expanded their specialty food area and have some of the items you may expect to find more at a Trader Joes type store.

I tell you what folks! If youre wanting really really!!! Good deals on items that you see on TV. Go to Bed Bath & Beyond I saved almost $200 on one item for my girl! I was about to get this item. From the distributor. Which would have been a big mistake! So with that extra money! I was able to make her Christmas even better. If you dont believe me go check it out yourself. You probably wont walk out of there. Without finding something you needed. And just wasnt thinking about it. Im a guy that loves to cook! and loves his girl! What can it hurt just to walk in there. And really give it a look around! You wont be sorry. Merry Christmas to everyone hope you have a safe and happy holiday

I had a bad experience trying to get my membership canceled: Waiting on the phone for more than an hour is unacceptable. Even when your asked if you want to hold - it says it may take up to an hour. So, sitting at my desk I didnt mind putting them on hold, but what about others that are pressed for time? Either way, its unacceptable.

Very very very friendly staff. However, far too many items dont have prices on them or on the rack/display. They have price check scanners but if the item is large/heavy, it cant be done, then you have to go and find someone to price it and they dont have handheld scanners so they have to get the item down and go to a scanner ot cash register.

Verry helpful prices were ok. A lot to offer.

The sales staff was a little surprised when we responded that No we are not finding what we need!Hannah took us to her computer to identify the item that we could only describe. She spent time typing in different words and found what we wanted.She did a great job and is truly an asset to this company!

Not a very good experience. I was looking for a shower curtain liner and a general-purpose spray bottle. The shower curtain liners that they did have were extremely ugly and they did not have a spray bottle.
