If I could give them a zero, I would. My parents purchased a 65” Samsung tv from them not even a full year ago and got the 5 year extension on the warranty. They have had to come out and fix it 3-4 time already and now it has a line going down part of it. Called geek squad, they came out and said someone hit it. No one hit it, touched it, or anything since they last replaced it. They refuse to fix it and say it’s our fault when the geek squad guy pressed his fingers on the screen and made a second line appear. Customer service was very rude to my father, then they had the nerve to send a 99$ bill. Would not recommend and will never be back.

They did not have what the sales associate tried to convince me to buy. After I decided to buy the one he recommended, they didnt even have it in stock. They would not answer the phone to allow me to check to see if they had in stock what I wanted. Very unpleasant experience all around!

Helpful and well stocked. The front registers were down due inclement weather but they were still able to check us out promptly and with a smile. Doing everything they can to keep shoppers and staff safe in the pandemic too. We would have used curbside pickup but were not sure what we needed. Staff was helpful in that area.

I really don’t like leaving a one star—- but I had to for this situation. I tried to find an item but couldn’t find it so I tried to ask an associate. No one was available, so I went to the counter to ask. The associate was condescending and then told me I would need to wait to talk to a different person. After 25 minutes of waiting someone finally helped me only to tell me they didn’t sell what I was looking for. While they were checking for me in the back room I began browsing laptops (not what I was looking for) and an associate came to me right away and asked if I needed help. I don’t know if they work on commission but it definitely seemed like I was valued once I was looking at big ticket items and not when I was looking at technology accessories. Sadly, I will not be returning to this store. I went next door to office max and was helped immediately and they had the hdmi converter I was looking for.

Update: well, they didnt deliver as promised. Then, you cant speak to anyone at a store. So my wife waited 6 hours for them and they never showed up. We spent 2 hrs on the phone trying to get answers. Apparently, they to a store transfer to Georgia, then deliver to the house. We should get the delivery tomorrow, fingers crossed.It is what it is. Theyre having a hard time getting inventory because of covid. I found a great deal on a TV. Service was slow, but very helpful once someone worked with us.

This was the best shopping experience. The employee who helped us was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. He helped us make the right decisions on the products and we left with everything we intended to look for.

The store itself has just about anything you could need to fulfill your electronics needs. The Geek Squad 🤓 didnt know their butts from a hole in the ground. We quoted one price for a repair and given an appointment time to come get our device repaired and when we arrived they said it would cost 5× what they quoted.

Not much to choose from. Who not a lot of what I was looking for but prices are reasonable. I was looking for a printer and they only had one kind left, with only 2 left in the store. But Im satisfied with my purchase. Employees was awesome, very nice and helpful

I had forgotten my laptop power supply at home (300+ miles away) and was looking in the laptop section. Joe was very helpful. He led me straight to what I needed. This is the absolute worst place to shop at. Poor customer service Elizabeth was very rude . The manager came out and was even worse . I did not get to purchase the $700 worth of items because the cashier wanted to argue with me about where to stand. I left the store to go home and get the camera I had previously purchased the day before for $500 and immediately returned it . They definitely lost a customer and I will be telling all my friends, family, and Facebook not to shop here.. Definitely need new staff and training. It’s unbelievable.

Seemed as if we were bothersome by needing assistance. And when it came to needing to check on a warranty on a TV we previously purchased, the lady wouldnt even speak to us if we didnt put on a mask. Not sorry about the fact that I refused to put one on due to my own personal choice. But apparently they dont want our business to awful bad. Very disappointed in the person who was allowed to refuse to help us with our warranty, just because we wouldnt put a mask on. After the fact that the mask mandate was lifted. We will not be coming back to this location ever again. We will gladly drive a further distanceto go and get better service with more friendly staff willing to talk with people who decide not to wear a mask.

Since my carrier (T-Mobile) didnt offer any deals for existing customers unless you added a line (new customer), I got 2 unlocked phones at a very good price... plus I can tell you their curbside pickup works great!!!If your mobile carrier isnt taking care of you for new phones, definitely check in with Best Buy!!!

We had a very odd situation arise. A product we bought was not in the box. Long story, so suffice it to say Best Buy (Sean) handled it perfectly with no hassle. Perfect customer service.

The young man, I forget his name, was friendly and seemed to want to go out of his way to help me. I pretty well knew what I wanted, but he did answer some questions I had that werent on the information facts on the Samsung tv that I bought. Unfortunately, they arent excepting phone calls and that made it difficult for an old lady like me, since I live 20 miles away. But I got it done!! Thank you to Bestbuy and Samsung for both a pleasurable encounter with the Oxford staff and to Samsung for such a beautiful TV and fantastic picture.. I highly recommend both Bestbuy and Samsung.!! Lack of assistance even though I asked for help.

I usually shop here but when I called to ask inexpensive product to make sure they had it in stock before I left. I had the pleasure of speaking to an automated operator for 10 minutes and answering unnecessary questions and then after that the phone just rang for 20 minutes and I never got to talk to an associate so I just bought somewhere else.

Went to Best Buy. Got what I needed, will go there again.

The overall experience was good. They had plenty of inventory and the staff was nice, but the process was confusing. It was hard to navigate who covered which area of the store and where to ask for assistance. The line for the checkout wasnt clearly marked either.

Best Buy wow what can I say. I had a issue with a charging cord for my TENS unit. Didnt have to go into the store. And the very first chord that they brought out do the sidewalk. Was the right one. I was absolutely thrilled! It absolutely amazed me truly! I cant believe how professional their employees are at Best Buy.

Quick and easy store pick up. Plenty of staff to help when I re-entered to shop around some. Everyone I interacted with was really nice. Masks are required for entrance and employees were checking as people entered. Also, GREAT DEALS on laptops if you are a student for 1 more day. HP Envy X360 with Ryzen processor is a straight steal!

I had an amazing experience at this location! My MacBook Air has been giving me problems lately so I took it to the geek squad.I had to pay the $149.99 for it to get fixed and I’m not going to lie, I was very nervous about this because what if they weren’t able to fix it and I was out this much money?Luckily, Bryson was able to fix it but it was not easy. He truly went above and beyond for me. It was such a difficult fix that he stayed late after work by two hours one night just to get it done. He even watched an hour long video on how to fix the problem. He kept me updated throughout the process which I really appreciated. He was clear, professional and friendly the whole time.When I went to pick up my laptop, it was like a brand new computer. I am so thankful for Bryson’s hard work and dedication to fixing my laptop. I would pay the $150 in a heartbeat if I had to do things over again. In the long run, it’s saving me a ton of money since I would’ve had to buy a new one.The lady at the front that greets people is very friendly too. I saw her the day I dropped off my laptop as well of the day picking it up.This location has a hand sanitizing and glove station set up which is awesome! They are following COVID guidelines very well.

Hello everyone, I had purchased a tv at the newnan location to discover I purchased the incorrect model. Found the correct model at the Oxford store. Just to make a long detailed story short.They completed the return, refunded money and completed the purchase of the correct tv. This was all completed in about 10 minutes (this is excellent due to it being less than 7 days before Christmas. The team at this location is “FANTASTIC”.

I walked in & checked in told them what I was looking for. The lady said a sells person would be with me in a minute. 45 minutes later an 6 different sells people done walked by an would not help me. So I will most definitely take my business somewhere else. Im sure another business will gladly take my money.

The store is easy to locate and parking was easily accessible. As a heads up and due to COVID-19, no one is allowed in the store unless you have an appointment. I purchased a few items so I can work from home, so I searched for the item on their site first before I went to the store and provided them with the information as soon as I arrived. The service was quick and everyone was friendly and very helpful. THANK YOU for continuing to serve the public:)

The bathroom was dirty and bath towels. The shower barely worked and you could hear people outside the rooms.

Best Buy customer service is a nightmare. Waited 30 minutes for delivery to my car, finally went in to get my item. They were clueless. They had the inventory pulled, had the sale processed, just no one assigned to deliver. Cannot be reached by phone, just robo phone. Nightmare.
