With the impact of covid on the ability to get parts, getting the pieces needed for my package was a challenge, but H&H did a solid job of communicating and shepherding through until we had everything complete. Looks great and Im happy with the price.

I have a 2022 hundai kona and went to them to get a hitch and wiring harness, and after trying for awhile they realized that the harness would not fit. rather than charge me they refunded the harness and labor. very nice experience

I wish I could give a zero star rating!First I want to say is you can’t believe anything they tell you! I ordered a LEER camper top on Jan 8th after buying my new 2021 truck. The staff was very friendly with that visit cause I was spending a lot of money that day. I order my top with a 6 to 8 week turn around time. This was reasonable with COVID-19 still going on. 6 weeks later I call to check on the order and they said they haven’t heard anything on the order. I ask for them to check on it and call me back! I Never hear back for several days and so I call again and explained that I expected better customer service from them. They agreed and promised to keep me up to date. Several more weeks go by and I call again and was told that the order was still in process with no estimate on delivery, They are waiting on parts I was told! So I asked again if they would please keep me posted and they apologized and said they would. I call back weeks later and was told on this call that “oh that top you ordered is no longer being offered from LEER, it’s been discontinued “. I demanded my money back at this point and was told that “LEER told us that if you will take the next model down from the one you ordered they would give you a small discount and free remote latch and be placed at the top of the list for production and it would take about 4 weeks”. I reluctantly agreed. Two months later I call back and still no top and was told it shows in production and should be delivered within 21 days. Today, 33 days later I call and was told “ let me check and I’ll call you right back”. Several hours later I get a call from a division of LEER, I assume and was told that they were asked to call me for H&H to inform me that my top has not even been placed in production! There was a communication error! So, I have been lied to multiple times for 5 1/2 months about my order. I have demanded that they pay my money back immediately. I was told that I would be credited to the card I used to make the purchase and would be called when I was credited. I am still waiting on that call saying my card has been credited! Better think twice about making a Big purchase from H&H of Oxford. There was so much that I wanted to get for my truck and was considering purchasing from them to support local companies hoping for better customer service. I was totally let down with this company. Update: Allan from H&H called and said my refund has been issued and continued to apologize for how my experience was handled. Apology accepted but still dont have a camper top!!

I ordered a custom trailer hitch for a 2019 Highlander. I ask all kind of question like would it look like it came from factory. I was assured it would. Well I ordered it, paid for it the same day because was told they had to have half before it could be ordered. So I just paid all.I was suppose to be notified when it arrived. After almost 2 weeks I decided to call and check if a problem had arose. No it was there but no one had bothered to call. I made an appointment to have it installed. I ask if the hitch would be ready to hook to my boat when I left the shop. I was assured it would be. IT WASNT I was told I would have to buy an insert and a ball in order to hook a boat or trailer to it. I ask if they carried them and they said they didnt have any on hand for me to go to Auto Parts place to get it. .I looked at the hitch after I arrived home and it is the most horrible looking mess I seen . It is suppose to look like it came from factory but it looks like a shade tree mechanic installed it. It was below the bumper and there was no wiring harness to be seen. I had to call and ask about the wire harness. I was told it was in my hatch of my vehicle. I have to pop my hatch, raise the cover to my spare tire and pull out about 3 ft. of wire and hang it out the back of my lift gate in order to hook the boat up to it.Never have I ever seen such a mess.I will never use them again. I will tell everyone that ask where it was done and how I was lied to. I will let all my family members know not to use them unless you get everything in writing.When you ask if it will look like it came from factory you expect it to look nice not half done.

I visited H&H in Oxford on9/15/2020 to have step rails installed on my 2020 Ram 2500 with 200 miles on it. When I got my truck back there was damage on the drivers seat that wasn’t there before they worked on it. I spoke with the manager Dale Harbin he said they didn’t do that I most likely did it and refused to do anything and was very rude and unprofessional. I called corporate and Mr. Hall was no help, so needless to say I will never use this company again unless there is some major changes

Dropped off my vehicle for a Bedliner job, the owner called me and said they chipped a spot in the rear bumper moving the truck and he would take some of the price off the liner job, LOL no you can get the truck fixed what a joke now there not taking responsibility of fixing the vehicle this place has gone downhill

We are from Florida and we needed help with our gooseneck hitch that was stuck. These guys started working on it first thing on a Monday morning. They were able to release the hitch and install a new one. They were so nice and really helped us out. Even tho we are from out of town I would recommend them and if we are ever in the area again and need assistance we will go here.

I had order a Leer topper that was shipped to the Oxford location. Camper top was installed and when I inspected the topper I couldn’t get any of the windows to function correctly, topper was dirty (sales associate stated it would be clean after install which never happened). Also I’m very disappointed in the leer topper craftsmanship from the manufacture ... lots of defects that I would not have expected from a top of the line truck topper especially for this price. Also the rear window doesn’t latch fully when closing. Follow up: 1/23/20 Contacted the H&H manager who help resolved the initial issues. Rating changed from 1-star to 4 star because of his quick response to resolve/fix the quality issues. Would have given a 5 star but Leer manufacturing quality did not exceed expectations.

The young lady that answered the phone sorry I dont remember her name was very helpful and nice and Alan was great I was purchasing a B&W trailor hitch and wiring assembly he didnt have what I wanted but set me up with better one cant say enough about the service and they treated me like family

I had a very great experience here. I bought a swimming pool on a vrey good deal. The deal made me feel like I was getting what I want with my money. Customer service was excellent, very friendly. I would give 5 🌟 but everyone has room for improvement. Pool was great but the ladder I got needs to be replaced. Its just a basic starter just to let you get in the pool. They are great at solving problems to make sure you are happy 🤗

I purchased a 24 by 52pool this summer.I had already had a Wal-Mart 24by52 pool for 7 years prior to purchasing this pool. They literally tore my yard up and didnt fix it . I had to pay to have 3 loads of dirt hauled out from around my pool by a dump truck. Then my brand new liner had a whole in it and they patched it instead of replacing it even though we had never been in the pool yet. Now the pump is tore up. They do not have anyone that can come out and look at the pump. I havent even had this 90 days. If we fool with it. It voids warranty. What warranty. I was told to go out and take it apart and bring it to pool company and they will send it off for $49.00. They dont know when I would get it back. What about my pool and swimming this summer. Oh well. Was their attitude. I would never buy from them again. This is the worst company to deal with. A freaking nightmare.The manager Cody has the worst attitude of anyone I have ever seen. I do not know how he has maintained his job. He is a real jerk.

Well. I did like this place right after my bedliner until it kept getting tears in it from simple light things. But, they warranty there bed liner so I was like ok I have to get a new toolbox and a tonneau cover. So we go talk to Tiffany again and we get the toolbox ordered. All of the ordering goes fine. I drop my truck off at 8 AM to get the tonneau put on and bed liner fixed. Its no ready until 5 but we go up there and check out the truck before we go in... they took my bed lights out and the screws were half covered half not. So I go in and Tell Tiffany my concerns and she gets really defensive. They had to take my bed lights out because they had to respray the entire bed since the previous employee skipped steps. So I was like where are my wires because the positive is hot. She replied that she didnt know she would go ask. Never saw her again except for peering at us through a window and they open bay. I was told some of m bed light wires were cut and they dint bother to try to put the lights back in place or fix any of the wires they cut. Then he proceeds to tell me the screws and couple spots that are not coated in bed liner I need to go buy flat black spray paint to make it match and Ill have to figure out what to do about the bed lights. Spent about $1500 in 6 months and planned to spend at least that again in the next six months. But after how the job was done I will not be back until the current employee also cut corners on the liner (crossing my fingers it was done right this time)
