Spencer took great care of my daughter and her transmission needs while she was away at school. When we had problems, he was prompt, knowledgeable, and a man of his word.

After overheating our Motorhome transmission 500 miles from home we called Spencer Lee Transmission for help. Spencer gave us options for towing and allowed us to stay in our motorhome overnight at his shop until they opened the next morning. After a team of mechanics went over our Motorhome and test drove it they determined there was no problem with the transmission and explained to us how it was designed to go into safe mode when overheated. We were so relieved to be able to continue on our way home and learn about our vehicle. The service and professional was unparalleled.

Obviously having your car towed to a mechanic fills you with as much joy as going to the dentist: you have to do it but you might not like it. I now enjoy car trouble more than a cavity - The guys at Spencer Lees mad me feel important as if my car troubles were the only thing they were concerned with. Fair and respectful treatment of a customer - theres a concept that needs to be spread around by more businesses.

Cant imagine going anywhere else for transmission service. My rebuilt 2000 Tahoe transmission is still going strong. These are good people who are honest and know their work.

Has had my truck for 2 days then problem processed. Took it back, had it for 2 weeks. Took it back!!! Now has been in the shop over a month. Never coming here again.
