The techs there are all very friendly. Prices are kinda steep ($70 for synthetic oil) but its worth it. You dont have to sit and wait for hours and you dont have to get out of your car. Would definitely recommend! You do get a $5 discount on Tuesdays and $5 discount for being a new customer.

No pressure sale pitch just honest advice. Saying youll need to do this soon and I decided to get it done today. Totally recommend!

Our vehicles bottom guard came loose on our road trip to Memphis. After a failed attempt at fixing it ourselves, we stopped by the express oil in Oxford AL and the guys there helped us immediately. They were super kind, professional, and fast! Highly recommend

Came in to get a 20 point inspection done and was in and out in no time at all. The staff was very friendly and performed their jobs in a highly professional manner.

I had my oil changed a week ago. They used the wrong motor oil. My car calls for 5w-30 full synthetic. They used 5w-30. This caused my cylinders to misfire. I am very displeased with their service. I do not reccomend.

I took my car to the express oil on Hwy .78 in Oxford . At first the mechanic seemed like he wanted to help me, looked around for the part, called the dealership for me . I took all of the information he needed and left my phone number for him to call me, needless to say he never called me back . I have been stranded in Oxford for a week now . One day they had 3 or 4 employees call in sick that was on Monday and now it is the next Saturday. I use Express oil in Talladega for a lot of car maintenance . It is also under a different franchise. The people are really courteous here in Oxford on Hwy 78. I dont know if he just did not want to work on my car or whatever the reason being, he could have just told me something .

We were very pleased with our visit to Express Oil Change in Oxford. It was a very thorough oil change but we also needed the tires checked because the tire pressure light was light on. All tires were checked and filled to the correct capacity and the light went off! Would definitely recommend Express Oil in Oxford!! Fast, professional and friendly service!

Super nice, welcoming and hospitable on a level ive never experienced. However, It took longer than it should have due to excessive chatter with the customers. Having said this overall I give 4 out of 5 stars.

Went to get a transmission flush and my car broke down the very next day! I found out my transmission was ruined and had to be completely replaced! Very bad experience and I will NEVER return to an oil express for any type of service in the future...want to thank them for ruining my transmission cause I had no problems at all prior to their service.

After the guys here performed a basic oil change on my mothers car for me, they called my attention to her hood safety latch.It was not working properly so they had their mechanic take a look at it and fixed it free of charge. This was something they could have just looked the other way about and sent me on my way, none the wiser.Instead, they took the time to show me the issue and explain the malfunction to me before fixing the problem. In my opinion, they went above and beyond their normal scope of duties of performing a basic oil change.Had this issue not been addressed/fixed, it’s possible that the hood could have blown up on my 78 year old mother’s car as she was driving down the road causing an accident.I appreciate and thank all involved today. Keep up the good work!

It was ok... i think... i didnt feel very confident with the person that preformed a oil change on my car... he checked my fog lights and said they were good... i have a fog light that has been out over 2 months... he failed to check my tires...the other service man told him to tell me about my front tires... from a prior visit i was promised a very good discount that would be worth my wild if i return and that discount was no more than a vendor rebate of about $10.00... not too shabby but i was lead to believe it would be more than that... their were other things on the copy of my service ticket that was noted as being checked but were not... so for the above reasons.... i am giving Express 3 stars... i expected more for the almost 100.00 that the visit cost me...

I stopped in on my lunch break to get my oil changed real quick. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. The guy that did the finishing touches on my car.... not so much!!! You could tell he did not want to be there and acted like he hated his job. When I was done he was fixing to direct me out of the bay and I asked him to reset my maintenance light. He did not know how to do it, had me get out so he could see it closer. He got grease all over my dash. He then had to call for another guy to see if he could get it to go off and he did. This man saw the grease and got a rag and cleaner and cleaned it off. I appreciate people that have to work in the heat do get me wrong but man if you are having a bad day dont spread it to others.
