I have never had Einstein so today ordered a turkey sausage breakfast bagel and a tea on starship an hour and a half before they closed. Simple right? Literally two items. They waited until they closed to cancel my order and now I have no food with class starting in 10mins. Very disappointed. Very lazy. If you don’t wanna make my order don’t make me wait an hour and a half just to not get food.

Terrible service every time i go and they always get mu order wrong. Everyone is always in a bad mood.

Employees are generally fairly lazy but I enjoy the products. And sometimes the occasional really nice employee is just the right surprise I like to start my day with.

I occasionally get a bagel for lunch or breakfast at this place. Two days ago, when I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with honey almond shimmer. I got my bagel, but it didnt taste right! I couldnt eat more than two bites, I went back to the staff and asked whether it is a fresh bagel, they tried to hide it until one of them got me the same exact order, but this time was fresh. I am so disappointed and frustrated that they tried to sell their old bagel! If someone cant tell the difference, he might actually eat it without knowing it is old! Never coming back!
