Incompetent pharmacy. I placed an order to have my prescription refilled online, received a confirmation email, and when I went to pick it up, the pharmacist claimed that they were unable to refill it. My prescription label clearly said I had 2 refills at a date 2 weeks in the future, but she said that the label was wrong. Doesnt really make sense when Walgreens was the place that printed the prescription label in the first place, does it? Anyways, they said they waited until the day after I went in to have the prescription filled to send me a text saying that they got delayed in refilling my order. Poor communication and customer service. I recommend changing your prescription to cvs.
This place is always welcoming to go to they have killer nice and helpful employees they truly do theyll help out with almost everything you need I mean theyre really be dedicated to their job so this may not be a long review but its only because this company goes above and beyond to see to it their customers are well taken care of from the moment youve entered to the time you leave
Employees are very healthful. Always go the extra mile. Special thanks to Shaana & Jason.
Lost my disposable camera. Said I was not the only one. They told me they were doing everything they could, but after 10 weeks, the manager is calling FUJI tomorrow. after 10 weeks. never trust them with your photos!
Not sure if it is Walgreens policy to not help its customers out for the last 2 hours they are open, but after spending 30 minutes one night, 45 mins the next, and over an hour the next night, I took my business elsewhere.Needed help for my Western Union money transfer, and Western Union told me that the agent at Walgreens had to do it for me, but after speaking with the manager at Walgreens, she told me that she was too busy to help at around 7pm (they close at 9pm) because they had to count money and do things.Kroger would be your best bet for not only Western Union transfers, but probably everything else you would need, and it is right across the street from Walgreens!
I called the pharmacy to price some medications. Everything was fine until I started asking questions about the drugs. I wanted to know if a specific medication could be used in place of what I currently take. The pharmacist directed me to talk to my doctor. Pharmacists go to school for 6+ years to learn about drugs. My doctor went to school to learn to diagnose. The pharmacist is the person you should go to when you have questions about your medications. If you don’t know just say that, but a pharmacist should be able to use their clinical knowledge without consulting a doctor.
Ive come to Oxford Walgreens regularly and have always had pleasant experiences here. The pharmacy staff are very helpful and the other employees are also friendly. A lot of items that I like to buy here rather than other stores. Some good sales too.
Worst pharmacy Ive dealt with and the customer service is terrible. I will be switching to Kroger across the street.
Worst pharmacist in America. Go to Kroger’s across the street.
I went in to get passport photos. I couldnt fine help. Waited 30 minutes before a very rude manager showed up. Ended up costing $41. I paid under $10 at Wal-Mart 2 years ago. Only reason I went to Walgreens today was because Wal-Marts machine was down. I will never go there again.
Not good! Telephoned a med refill on Tues. Dec6. Stated that if I was unable to pick-up on 6th to deliver to my home on 7th. today(7th) no delivery so I called and left phone message asking why. Call back said I was not put on delivery list so no delivery until 9th. This is unacceptable. I will be looking for a new pharmacy. I am only 1 person but I am a retired nurse and I belong to a lot of womens clubs. What do you think i will be sharing about the Walgreens in Oxford, OH? Hate that I had to hit 1 star.
Came in here, and the workers were really rude.
