The employees were friendly and they had a good selection of stuff. Not quite what Im used to when thinking of military surplus being that everything is new but still a very cool place with very cool stuff.

Boots, tactical gear, dress uniforms, patches, rank, badges, insignia, medals, ribbons w/racks, authentic WWII bomber jackets, and t-shirts. Great place, fair prices, large selection, and they build your rack for you with the compressed racks and medal racks.

They have it all army, navy, air force, police, sheriff, CO. From flash lights to service belts, always friendly and helpful

Depot USA Ive been there several times to get uniform fixed and put patches on the uniform a lot of times I never got a phone call when my stuff was completed and if I purchase something from there and I asked you could you alter 8A put a name tag on patch on the piece of equipment or jacket why would you not do this when you have alteration in the back

If they dont have what I want, they can order it.

Only place that had Tac boots in my size.Price was about the same as the other places that I was at.been there before and will be going back. Great place.

Absolutely just about anything military or tactical in one place. Very well stocked, clean and wonderfully helpful personnel. Great place for all branches of the military, police, etc.

If I could give this place a zero, I would, I ordered offer a grand worth of uniforms. I paid to have patches sewn on, I have had to return 2 times to correct mistakes and still have a uniform that needs to be corrected. At no point and time have I been offered a refund or discount on future purchases even though I have had to return on different occasions to fix mistakes made by them.

Kinda expensive but they have a crazy huge selection, however, sometimes you cant find a specific pouch or accessory.

The staff was great especially when you are dating someone in the military if you are still learning certain things. Especially when your boyfriend gives you a wish list and send you to go pick up some things that he might need that he cant get because hes busy doing PT and other things.

I have been coming to this location for many years. They have always treated me with respect. At times service may be slow. If your in the military then this should be a go to place for uniform adjustments.

Im really happy they have this place for being so far away from an actual post. I would give it 5 stars if it wasnt as limited compared to an actual post clothing and sales. That is the only reason. I came in at/near closing time, in uniform and they built my new rack. Looks Great! Very sweet and knowledgeable lady that helped me.I was going to buy an extra short sleeved dress shirt so i can start wearing my bs for payday activities but they were all out of my size. And not expecting any to come in anytime soon.. I will diffently recommend this place and come back later.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! THEY HAVE THE POOREST SERVICE I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED ONLINE. I ordered some pants from tacticalusadepot October 25th, it’s now November 20th and I haven’t heard anything from them about delivering the pants I ordered. I’ve contacted them numerous times and have only heard back once and they didn’t let me know what was going on or whether I would receive my order. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Buckle up buckaroos, im about to fill you in on this place. Walked in with the mindset to just look around, and look around i did. If I own a store to sell goods, I wouldnt have the outdated stuff up front. But I dont own the store, so they can do what they want. I want to say its well lit, well stocked, and well kept. The staff...well the staff was friendly, courteous, and down right polite. And not to mention easy on the eye. The prices seemed about on par with every other military surplus store Ive been to all across this wonder country of ours. Well mine, for those who dont like it here, you go I will stay. Anyways i digress. I met a worker from the back, and boy ole boy lemme tell ya, wowzers, sorry digreasing again. Stacey was her name, ( I think) and knowledge she had was her game. She took it upon herself during her lunch (I found out later) to assist me, and helped me with my purchase. I want to thank her, and let the store, and management know how well i was treated. I will be back, I will grace this store with my presence again, and purchase some of the fine items they have. Thank you Depo USA for doing what you do for our country, and our fine service members of the area you service. In conclusion, i really think it would be worth your time to visit this place given the chance. It was well worth my time, and money.
