I went into OfficeMax today looking for office supplies and a new office chair. The customer service was A+. Store Manager (Rick) was so helpful and I went away a happy and satisfied customer!! I highly recommend OfficeMax!!

Long story short, I ordered all-in-one printer and fax for my work office online, and when I came in they didn’t have it like it originally said. I was disappointed bc I drove from bham bc there was a shortage (pandemic).But let me tell you, the manager was AWESOME! He made it right by helping me find one similar and helping me out with the price as much as he could. Because of him going above and beyond, I give this place 5 stars. May have not left with what I wanted exactly, but I left satisfied. Thank you to the manager and staff that helped me out!

Couldnt get the FedEx ship center to work. No effort to figure out the issue. Just told me the closest FedEx is in Jacksonville or Talladega both a good ways away. Now missing the express cutoff. Thanks.

I had returned a item and had called first. I had the receipt so I had no problem at all. Right in and bought a couple of other items and got out quickly. Great store.

I am fine with the service . not so much with the price or selection or the quality of the products in the lap top computers. Service person was really nice though

The staff in the printing services department seemed poorly trained. The person who helped me couldnt scale a document to fit the printer, while a copy of my drivers license was reduced to the size of a postage stamp. I quickly cut my losses and went elsewhere.

The store is clean and staff is friendly. I wish the print department will check and process customers projects better when Im sending via email

Service is bad, they wouldnt print for me via email.Printing dept, poorly trained they dont know their printing policies through office depot.

The chair I wanted was not in stock at the store. Had to order and have it delivered. Also, the customer service rep seemed stressed and frustrated. However, the store was not busy. She had trouble ringing up my order. She requested that I come around the service desk to type in my own contact info. When she finally got my order to ring up, the chair rang up a different price as posted on the chair on the floor. The chair on the floor was labeled $139.99. When it rang up as $209.00 I questioned the rep and she made no effort to look into the situation and just told me that if the chair was on sale the register would have rang it up correctly. I am really considering cancelling my order due to this poor service.

-100 Stars. The manager of the print department is lazy and doesnt want to print stuff. She just wants to talk about rules and regulations to keep from doing her job. If you want to have the hardest job getting a print head on over to Oxford Office Depot.

The only place near me for sending a long distance fax. Im so glad they offer that service.
