Would been more stars but parking lot got to big holes back where trucks parked. Beside there is truck been there for a few months and local park there you lucky to get a parking spot swift driver park right behind store mess things up trying to get out be nice they had some parking lines painted. No hot food because they couldnt get ppl to work weekends. But nice ppl enjoyed talking to them . nice Chinese restaurant right behind where trucks parked good hot food stop in check them out. Got a Chick-fil-A right next door i cant afford to eat there but its ok.

I will never visit this location again. The employee that was working tonight/morning was one of the most rude people Ive ever encountered. I greeted him with Good morning, how are you sir?. He responded with only a cold stair as if I wasnt allowed or supposed to be there.I had an arm full of stuff to purchase and he wasnt at a register when I approached so I unknowingly sat the items at the wrong one. When he eventually sauntered over instead of helping me move the items to the correct one, he just pointed and approached it and staired at me while I moved everything. I didnt mind having to move my stuff but, in my eyes, proper customer service would dictate the employee assist in moving everything because I had no idea I was at the incorrect register when I sat the things down. He also was not wearing a mask, even though there is a sign on the doors saying masks required inside this facility.Anyway, maybe Im just being petty, but it just irked me the wrong way, him with his superior attitude and all. In the grand scheme of things im sure my contributions wont be missed, but treating people in the manner he did me will eventually lead to more people never returning. Management of this facility should probably look for some workers with at least a small amount of pride in their job. I get its only a fuel station attendant job but all jobs, especially ones dealing with the public, should show a little pride in their work and make the customer feel welcome.

I will agree with the previous customer. This has the most unprofessional and people with poor customer service skills. I visited the establishment this morning on 2/15 to purchase some honey biscuits from the Krispy Krunch. I was engaging in a conversation with an male associate in that department discussing the weather as well as poor customer service I obtained a few days ago in that establishment. Out of know where, a small petite female yelled from the register saying be quiete! She kept yelling at me in front of customers. I preceded to the register to pay for my items while the person kept yelling at me.. I told the cashier let me pay for my items because I have to go to work. She grabbed my items and threw them in the trash and said this is her store. If this person was a manager it explains why the store have poor reviews and act unprofessional. Several customers left in shock during this person unprofessional act. If I can give this store a zero I would!! If youre looking for a place with great customer service skills this not your place. Dont waste your time..

Im not sure where to begin with this review! Theres pee all in the womens restroom floor, no paper towels, no windshield washer soap or decent squeegee on the truck side so much oil on the ground, rude staff, yet they would like for you to wear a mask!

Why sell google play gift cards on a premium end cap that vendors pay for their merchandise to be in high traffic areas of the stores, and then not allow customers to purchase at midnight? If i was the vender .. whom im trying to locate, id be irrate you turned down a sale for my premium product placement. Why cant i buy one? NO WHERE ELSE IN A 30 TO 40 MILE RADIUS HAS THEM BECAUSE COVID EVERYTHING SHUTS EVERYTHING DOWN EARLY THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I CAN FIND THEM.

I had to run in and grab a drink yesterday. It was your average convenience store visit. My one BIG problem: right outside the front door were three employees smoking: less than five feet from the front door. I have asthma, and cigarette smoke sets me off. Employees shouldnt be smoking right in front of the store; they need to be elsewhere. It will definitely affect my consideration when choosing to shop there again.

Girl named Tan. Man she dont smile; she straight up rolled her eyes at me. Get some better customer service in there. They use their phones and text and act like customers are an inconvienice. Not my favorite place at all.

For the second time in recent weeks I attempted to purchase something where the price rang up as being more than the price shown on the shelf. The cashier asked another employee to please go back and pull the tag from the shelf. He came back and told her that the price was, in fact, what I had told her it was. I told her this was the second time it had happened and it would be helpful to customers if they would change the pricing back on the display when the sales end. Another employee, who was standing around back behind the counter and who had NOTHING to do with my transaction, spoke up in a loud voice in front of other customers and employees and said, Maam, Walmart is back there (pointing), 76 Station is over there (pointing across the street), and Shell station is down the road so you can go to one of those places if you dont like it. I was horrified that she even spoke to me this way, as I had not said a word to her and she had nothing to do with my transaction. As I was leaving she said to me Have a nice day and you can take your business elsewhere! There was absolutely NOTHING that I said or did to provoke such an incredibly rude response from her, especially when she wasnt even the person waiting on me and my transaction had nothing to do with her. This is my go to convenience store, as it is very close to my home, it is the only place my husband and I buy gas, and between the two of us we spend a lot of money here. This kind of treatment from your employee(s) is a slap in the face! I have never, ever been rude to one of your employees, but I will not be verbally attacked when I said or did EDITED TO ADD - I have just found out that this store employee is actually the store manager, Amber! How appalling that the actual store manager would talk to customers this way! I cant help but wonder if she would talk to me this way, how is she talking to other customers as well? This is a disgrace and a black eye on this store!

Easy access. Well lit parking lot. Wide variety of drinks and snacks. Really low gas prices. Located close to Interstate 20. Employees are usually really friendly and helpful. Nice place to stop.

So the worker I dont know her name i’m guessing she was the manager or whatever but she’s the one who had the band aid on her face and there was this lady in there arguing with me and she took her side and was yelling at me also. Need to get new workers that was very sorry. I will not go back in there again.

I filled up yesterday instead of using a Shell gas station like i usually do because of the gas price. My gas total was $26.01. The transaction posted to my account. However, there is another $75.00 pending on my account and th money is unavailable. If i had known thats what circle k does i would have never went there. I travel all through the week and i have never had this happen to me at a gas station, so i called the store last night and the guy said it will be off this morning, so that was a lie and is an inconvenience. Would not recommend this store to no one who wants to fill their car up and keep it moving.

They are very small and limited space for truckers the female mgr was extremely rude they didnt have and dont know what transflow is! When I tried to explain it she became rude! So guess what no fuel no other items were purchased! And they have lousy coffee and no flavored creamers like Loves!!

Overcharged pushed 87 at 2.29 charged me for 93 at 2.79. Clerk says nothing she can do. Contacting BBB and posting on Facebook so everyone can watch. They cheating at the pump. I used pump number 7 at 9:05pm.
