Pretty awesome lumber yard, nice people always helpful. To bad, or maybe not. Because theyre off the main line so to speak. They carry just about everything you need, nuts bolts, paints, lumber, and a great trim dept.

These people are fabulous! They are SO helpful and take time to help you find the best product for your project, even if its only going to make them a few bucks. If they dont have what you need, theyll tell you where you can find it. We bought a fixer-upper a few miles away and I dont know what wed do without them! Ive especially had a lot of business with Leanne and Addam in the paint department, and cant say enough good about their expertise and helpfulness! I actually look forward to every trip there because I know Ill get the help I need and a pleasant conversation with store personnel on top of it.

I had an unusual experience when I ordered special millwork window casing. The order was four weeks late from its promise date and that seemed to be due to confusion and poor communication at the store. The items were received damaged and returned to the store’s affiliate millwork supplier. This information was not communicated internally in a timely manner, thus adding to the delay. The clear pine window casing order had to be remade and one of the remade casings was not clear pine.On the bright side, I found that management was concerned about my dissatisfaction and contacted me to resolve this problem. I can say that they made things right for me. This demonstrated to me that customer satisfaction is high priority.
