Such an amazing experience ! The staff was very nice and the store was huge so they had plenty of staff and every team member that I encountered asked if I needed help and it made my experience better because they genuinely care about you and want to help! When I got to check out I had forgot my $ off but the cashier was nice enough and applied another coupon for me! It was so nice of her! I’d come back here again for my needs!

Very professional and Friendly people and very knowledgeable of their products and I told them what I was looking for and even though they didnt carry it they went and made sure and the place was very neat and clean and sanitize and atmosphere was very good and temperature was just right and if I had a daybed I could have laid back and rested a bit I recommend this place to everyone

The prices werent too bad. I dont like that the lumber yard isnt connected to the store. But I guess thats my only real complaint

Very convenient location… not too far from my house and things like to break often, haha. Thankfully with Ace, it’s not a big as the contractor stores which makes it easier to navigate, and the staff here have been very helpful for me in the past.

These guys came through for me when I built my house... Other big box guys wouldnt deliver to my steep difficult site. These guys matched prices and got everything on site!

They were able to correct my flag pole and mount problem so easily. Thanks.

There is no place like Oxford Lumber Ace Hardware. I bought a new Stihl backpack leaf blower yesterday and received a great deal and incredible service from Shaw. I learned when I arrived that the blower I wanted was $40 off. Then, Shaw literally spent about 30 minutes or so with me and my wife putting the blower together, getting it ready to run, testing it out, then giving me a tutorial. And this was on what had been a very busy day of Hurricane-cleanup sales. I had heard good things about this store, but this was my first time making a big purchase from them. I appreciate Shaw, and I appreciate Oxford Lumber Ace Hardware.

Friendly spot on service. Ive been searching literally for months for a certain item. Ace hardware is the first in my area that has it. All the big box stores say they will get it, including Walmart. Ace hardward has it!

Got my Beretta 9mm there for a great price plus the salesman was very helpful treating a customer the way they should treated, gonna make it my go to place on all my lumber needs as well because its the only store where the sales people treat you with respect always willing to help a customer anyway they can.

I was having really big problems with old Plumbing and was helped for over 30 minutes by an employee that never left my side and help me get everything I needed and took it to the truck for ME WOW!!!!! Thank you sir you was a big help, you saved me a lot of trips and now I am so much more knowledgeable about what Im working on. Thank you so much stay The Company You Are. We checked 8 places for specific air conditioner that we needed and Ace was the one that had it. Salesman was very patient over the phone answering questions we had about dimensions which was crucial to know before we purchased. Great service in sales and checkout!!

If you dont give this place 5 stars, theres something wrong with you. 1st off, when you walk thru the door, the wow factor kicks in. This is not just another hardware store. Extremely nice sthil saw display, case knifes and more. Very well organized. Employees are very helpful and freindly, and more than one check out open, unlike the big box stores.

Today, I went to Ace Hardware in Oxford, AL. I had an encounter with two of the most rude young workers at that store. I have never been treated like that before, ever. They did not want to sale to me, today. Thank you Ace for treating me so poorly that I left without buying my two bags of mulch. I found it at Lowes at a better price and it was premium, a better product. They actually treated me like a person, customer.
