I would recommend Room by Room! They are all about the customers and not about money. They truly strive to make the customers happy. I have several events that occurred with our furniture shopping and we were satisfied with all the outcomes.

Best deal in town! Diverse selection. Excellent, personalized customer service. Mitchell sold us a beautiful recliner for a great price and he was very knowledgeable, attentive, down to earth, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Even the delivery professional was timely, accommodating and friendly. Jennifer and Mitchell also helped me when I came back and decided to purchase the extended warranty, which is a great deal. Will definitely return for all of our future furniture needs!

My mother and I just left Room by Room in Oxford, AL, and the experience was HORRIBLE! There were several people working, but NO ONE helped us. They looked up and said hi, but that was it. I hate to go there, but I dont know if it was a racial thing or what. All the people who worked there were white and were black. All that I can say for certain is that Im NEVER going back again!!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would!!!

Very low prices. You get what you pay for. There are reasons for the low prices. Quality is not available at these discounted prices. The store could use an update on interior and exterior. Parking is limited but they do have handicap parking and access.

They have a limited of items and no washing machine and no dryer

The old manager was better in his custumer service I would give him 5 stars, I was told he was moved to Pell City .. Too bad I just purchased my last Item from this placeLooking at how many I did get, I felt like at least could have being treated bit better on that last one regardless of any circumstances.Money speaks yes! So is a custumer !

If I could give this place 1/2 a star i would, I went in there with my wife and we didnt get any help, no one greeted us and asked us if we were looking for anything . They just looked at us so we walked out, we will be taking our business to another store smh poor customer service !!!!
