In the town of Oxford this is the perfect place to anything you need for all your smoking needs when it comes to prices and selection no one has them beat, the owners are wonderful, kind and sincere, they always try to do everything they can to help you before you leave the store. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for cigarettes, cigars, a tobacco pipe, or even a gift for someone.Thanks for the wonderful experience meeting and dealing with you all, will be back again soon. 😊

Three stars because of bad employees. I’ve been in here three times so far, and this time was just bleh. Second time I went for two Hyde’s since that’s my favorite brand. Today, I got charged extra, I know I did. Because if a Hyde Retro is going for like 25, a Hyde Edge shouldn’t be 25. Dude did not look like he was happy to see me this morning either man. He didn’t even know what he was looking for. I had to show him what I wanted. So there’s just no experience there at all. He didn’t even read the labels. The store has an amazing selection, but the staff was just not it. I’ve met one dude with somewhat long hair who just recently quit vaping, and he was the coolest out of them all. That dude deserves a raise. But the dude this morning needs to go man. You will not keep customers with staff like that.

This place is a pure joke they are nothing more than liars who want to rip you off dont go there take your money and self respect and go down the road to vape 27 where the staff are polite not liars and arent trying to rip someone off. I didnt even want to give them 1 star thats how bad it is. Went there today and they were out of everything didnt even have any mods or tanks what a joke that place is. I will not be back. Take your money to studip vapes or vape 27. The staff at smoke time are liars thieves and always trying to screw someone over. Im putting a law suit against them they are legally not supposed to mess with your vape they took mine apart broke it then it shocked me and they are still trying to screw me over.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Went in for some things and it felt like I was welcome there and not an unconvinced for asking too many questions. This is my new spot!!!

Great store overall. Had wonderful, helpful and informative employees. Even helped me look for the things I wanted specifically, if they didnt have it, they still helped me find an alternative piece that saved me a lot of money and time! Great prices surprisingly as well!

The young man working there was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this small shop to others.This is in part of the Historical district of Oxford. It was neat to see how much the place has changed over time. Many years ago my grandmas grandparents owned this property and had used it as their home & business. It was a butcher shop, there is an apartment above it, thats where her grandparents lived. Her mom also grew up there until her teenage years, when they closed it.

Customer service was great. I recently bought the imini vape pen and it was working good until this morning it started smoking real bad and wouldnt turn off.. I am aware of the preheat mode and this wasnt the case. I took my cart out of the pen and still couldnt turn it off. The button then popped out so I sat it outside where it contued to smoke... Not really sure how to go about this.

Went to get Yocan ceramic donuts for my Evolve Plus, he grabbed the quarts and rung them up. I said something before walking out and he then went back, looked for 10 minutes, and then sold me the right ones, but this time, for the wrong pen.
