We purchased a modular home from Twin Town and had an excellent experience! Danielle helped us through every aspect of the process and was extremely professional. The home was delivered on time and within two weeks of delivery, was ready to be occupied. We love our new home! Thank you Twin Town!

Edit: So I have not personally dealt a modular home, but Ive have heard nothing but positive things about you !!The reason why I asked about if you were in New Hampshire at one point, is because I wanted to make sure I left 5 stars on the right business !!!The one that was in New Hampshire way back when is because my parents had bought a double wide from that twin town business. I understand it was back in the 80s but when someone says that my parents double wide was built on a Friday, it sure the heck was !! Nothing and I mean nothing was done right in theirs !!On a positive note 🎵🎶, I live in Massachusetts and like I said before Ive heard nothing but great things about your houses, and how you handle business !! If I could give 10⭐s I would !!!!!Plus Ive been looking into Double wides and, have been asking people that I know that live in one how they like theirs and where theirs came from !!!The only reason why I left only the 3stars is because I only have a question. If I get the question answered, I can leave 5 stars.Was this the company that used to be in New Hampshire ? Also did years ago and Im talking like back in the 80s did your homes get brought from Pennsylvania ?

I do not recommend using Twin Town Homes. We were told that it typically takes 10-12 weeks after you order your house for delivery. We ordered our house in March and still dont have a delivery date. We have been told 5 different dates but still no set date. They have poor communication. My husband and I have to call and email multiple times to get response and sill do not get answers.

I spoke with multiple builders in Oxford. The salesperson was nice enough. But once they found out I didnt have land, they left me immediately and I never saw them again. Im not looking to take up someones entire day, but asking to answer a few questions shouldnt be a burden. I cant say some of their homes werent decent quality.

Had a very bad experience with this company, the movers that were hired through this company were very unprofessional and didn’t really seem to care about their actions. Then, once the home is here. The workers on the home where also very unprofessional, many times there was times that they were just standing around not doing anything. Now going on 3 weeks, and the house is not complete. Things in the house weren’t orders correctly. Stove wasn’t correctly, a lot cheaper version than was paid for. And to get a gas stove which was what we paid for, now we have to pay to get a gas stove installed. Fireplace was don’t incorrect and was cheaper as well. Company assumed things and done things their own way, and now it has to be paid by us. (Which should have been included with our purchase) For this, I can say that I am very disappointed in our choice in home companies and would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a home.
