The best UPS store I’ve ever been to. The manager was very polite and attentive. She helped me do what I had to, quick and easy. Next time I need to ship something, I will be coming back to this store.

Absolutely unprofessional. Receive a Notice on the door stating that the package will be delivered to the ups store at the end of the day and I went to the store at the end of the day, the lady worked there stated that there was something on the notice saying it will be delivered the next day after 1 pm which I never see. So I decided come back the second day around 1pm and called in. The lady was rude saying I told you that you need to wait until 1pm to get your package. I was like can you help me to check cuz it’s very close to 1pm and she refused. I came back to the store the second day after I receive the notice. They looked at back and said we still don’t have it. I asked them why did you guys told me that the package will be there the day after I receive the notice and the lady said I don’t know where the package will be here and there is no way I could look it up. (There is actually ways to look it up but she didn’t told me. You could go on the UPS.com and search for info notice and look it up) she didn’t provide me any solution or any suggestion to possibly look it up. All she said was if you don’t have the tracking number, I can do nothing but I was like you guys literally lost the package and if there’s a notice, that means there’ssomething suppose to deliver on that day. They didn’t answer and I left. Absolutely terrible customer service and awful shipping experience. Only reason I would have UPS package is that some boutique choose UPS over Fedex and few friends of mine would use UPS. But if you see this review, be aware and think before you go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Started a new policy to charge $1.50 per self service printed black and white copies, if it is a label. All other black and white copies are 10 cents! I paid $6.00 for 4 basic black and white copies that I printed myself. What I copy is none of UPS business. It is an invasion of privacy to inspect customers black and white copies to determine what they are and charge them extra based on what is printed because they said so. This store is horribly unprofessional, has zero respect for customers privacy and price gauges at will.

Manager was very polite and knowledgeable. She helped me with all my needs. 1st time I have used ups store and will not be the last . Great job

I received a notice on my door that I wasnt available when they tried to deliver my package when I was definitely home. The notice said I could get my package the next day at a UPS store. So I tracked my package with the number provided on the note, and it said it was awaiting customer pickup. I drove to the store for the woman at the counter to tell me that your package isnt in the system, it just automatically says its ready even if it isnt. At the time it was 12:30 and she told me to come back after 1:00. I called the store around 1:20 to ask if my package was ready, and I was told it was. I drove to the store to find a back in 10 minutes sign posted on the locked door. I waited for over ten minutes outside the store!Very bad experience overall.

Been coming here for years. I walk in, by the time Ive hit the door, my packages are on the table waiting for me. I cant ask for better service (but I can ask for better weekend hours lol)!

Friendly competent service. Made sure my boxes were strong enough. Never had any problems with boxes getting to where they are supposed to go.

This store is great they have what you need and the girl that waits on me is very polite. Ill drive from Indiana to this store every time I need something .

Is this a joke? Multiple people say that you dont open on time, and you fail to correct the issue? Change your hours or open when you say you will. Got there at 8:30, still wasnt open.

I was returning a package through Amazon. The process was simple and easy - staff was perfectly pleasant at this ups.

Here Saturday at 930 store closed hours say 9am... 5 other people came and left... Wont be open long with service like this.

The schedule said from 8a-7p but I went 8:30 and was closed and then at 10a and still closed... what is going on?

I dropped my package there last year, packaged and paid. After three days, still there.

Came at 8:51 am on Wednesday when they open at 8:00 to a sign on the door saying be back in 15 min. What the heck?

I visited their office today at 11.00 am, it was closed, i guess the schedule on the front door that shows they are open during this time means nothing.

Not open on time. Very frustrating.

I required three times pick up requirement from my apt. The first time, the driver went to office, asked and leave. The second time, officer told him where is the apt, then he leave. The third, I decided to give up this **** forever.

Not open until 7pm. watch your deadlines.

Havent had any issues so far.
