Santiago was extremely helpful with my changing circumstances and helped me to get the new cell plan that provides me with the best service. I am very happy and my wife will be too.

Kristina gave me such amazing service!! She was so empathetic and reassured me that I was in good hands after I described my previous carrier horror story. She went above and beyond to make sure my plan would be the best for my situation. So glad they have good employees like Kristina!! Justin Mitchell has always been a tremendous help when ever I go to the store for any type of cellular and DirectTV assistance! Everyone at the Rose Ave store are all very helpful but I’ve only had the opportunity to deal with Justin and the assistant manager Miguel. Horrible customer service!! I went in because i recently purchased a new device at the rose location and my pictures werent popping up. The girl told me that store is know for messing up things who puts down another store? And she didnt even attempt to help me she showed me the door by telling me to go see them? Daisy Vega turned my AT&T visit into a wonderful experience.I went to the Saviers location on Friday night and she was the only representative available during closing time. I was pleasantly surprised, however, at her ability to accommodate an influx of clients with such ease. I truly commend her for having the ability to juggle so many tasks at once and still maintain the standard of service Ive come to expect from AT&T as a long time customer. After Daisy finished up with the long queue of customers, it was my turn to be helped as the last person in the store. Although it was far after closing hours, she was more than happy to take the time to discuss my plan with me thoroughly. I appreciated her thoughtfulness throughout our interaction. Daisy brought candy out for me to munch on (as I had been waiting for a long time to be helped) and sat with me until she was absolutely sure each one of my questions and concerns had been answered. No other AT&T representative has ever taken such initiative to help me find the best plan for my lifestyle/budget and for that I am so thankful.Would recommend this location + Daisy Vega to all my friends and family.

Awful customer service. I have been to this place twice to try to get them to help with some issues I had and they have always been rude. They are hardly ever busy so they have plenty of time to help people with issues we may be having. Jose from saviers location, am Monday shift was really helpful. He helped me with my phone issue very quickly. Great customer service!

I was sold an iPhone on an in store promo where I would get the phone at half the cost as long as I paid taxes at full price. I did so and was told that I would be charged $30 a month for the first three months and that at&t would bill me $10 a month Thereafter, and refund the $30 I paid extra those first 3 months. As this did not happen I called at&t to fix the billing and they said because this is a sales agency store not a corporate store they could not help. I have had over 39 calls to this location, recieved numerous commitments, told the area manager was involved but to no avail. Horrible customer service, dubious sales people and an area manager who doesn’t have the decency to call me back to resolve this issue. DO NOT shop this store because AT&T will not back up their broken promises. As I have lost my job due to the crisis and as a senior citizen on a fixed income, $300, the amount that I was told would be refunded is important to me...I continue to pursue.

Phone was acting weird. Stephany helped me and gave me such amazing customer service. Helped me figured out what was wrong with my phone. She’s an amazing worker.

Jaime is very great, he helped me on my issue I had on my phone, I could not hear anyone when I called or when I received calls. Luckily Jaime was able to figure out the issue and fixed my phone. Great customer service.

So I went in last week to pay my bill and I mention to Stephany that my phone has been acting so she went on my account and saw I was due for an upgrade. I left the store with a new phone and accessories! I’m so happy with my purchase. I’ll be coming back again with her to get a new line for my boyfriend.

I went into this store on March 25 2019 and had the pleasure to work with Jaime Raigoza, very knowledgeable young man. I had an issue with my LTE service. I personally know a lot about my iPhone X 64 GB but when it comes down to my service I can only do so much. As soon as I explained my issue to Jaime he logged into my account asked me security questions and started the whole process. He checked my phone and did a minor reboot on my service. Within 5 minutes of the reboot my phone was working perfectly fine I was able to make phone calls, receive text messages and surf the web. I wanna thank Jaime for all that he did and thank him for his outstanding customer service.

Gotta give a big thanks to Stephany for helping me with an upgrade and got a few accessories as well. Super helpful and nice definitely going back to this location.
