Nice place full of different desserts. I’ve had some of their ice cream but my favorite is the esquites. Although this last time I was in I didn’t think it was so great. Not happy with my visit.. Young staff that doesnt speak English. It was hard putting an order in. I described the item I wanted to order to the young lady, then she passed my attempted order to another employee who spoke a little bit of english. Over all experience was ok but if you dont speak Spanish or understand itll be hard placing your order with its current staff. Ill go back to ordering from the Saviers Rd location.

I went to two different Michoacana Ice cream shops. The one on Rose Ave. sells their small one scoop ice cream(pink cup with white polka dots) more expensive, than the one on Saviers Rd.(clear cup). Go to the one on Saviers, you get more for your buck. I took a picture for reference.

I love theyre esquite all it is, corn with melted butter smuthered in parmesan cheese and with hot cheetos dust on top.

Husband asked for a mangoneada...I mentioned the one with the pieces of fruit in it...when my husband received his mangoneada literally all it was was pieces of diced up mango with chamoy and tajin... 🤔 what about the rest of the mangoneada? Like the blended part of it(the mango ice cream or mango blended with ice), with the chamoy and tajin and then you add the mango fruit pieces to top it off?...? Its good, dont get me wrong just make sure you know exactly what you want and how to order it. Aside from my husbands mishap...i was happy with my order, delicious!

I went to get my kids craving witch was their ice cream the guy serving us was so nice and friendly. Once we got to paying the cashiers seem like their was something wrong with her. She was a bit rude with an attitude was giving me the wrong change. I corrected her so she wont be short and still had an attitude. Just WOW. ! Like next time say thank you at least .

Unfortunately they never answer the phone every time I try to make an order the phones are disconnected or an able to be rich. I called the Michoacana 2 And they also couldn’t reach them!Food is great I love their muchThey just need to work on their customer service!

This place is so freaking amazing!! Since I found them a few years ago I cant stop going there they have the best fruit cups and bomb ice cream among so many other snacks and yummy treats!!

Amazing Options, But Is Always Packed

I love this place. My boyfriend came into town on a hot day and when I asked him where he wanted to go, he wanted this ice cream. They have the best mint chocolate chip. I always get the Abuelita ice cream. My son gets the strawberry milk and it has real strawberries in it.

I can tell already that Every time I come here Im going to get lost in their items because its ssooo ddaammmnnn gooooddddd.mangodealas is where its at 4real.

I love the strawberry cream ice cream paleta and cover it with chocolate. The bars are about 2.75.

Ice cream is delicious and honestly everything on their menu is good BUT if u have the Axxess card the workers are coached to BS you into my scanner doesnt work or the coupon is wrong, I can give you 10% blah blah. Michoacana disappoints in their customer service MAJORLY - I dont understand why they would sign up to a FUNDRAISING discount card if you cant commit!!

This place is great! The employees are always a delight, they all seem motivated and are always smiling. Its close to home and the ice cream is delicious! They also have a wide variety of everyones favorite ethnic snacks. I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone!

This place is so good. Clean. Well staffed. Family friendly. Im Mexican and my boyfriend is Irish. I sent him to go get me some Tostilocos. He was very confused lol, but they helped get him all set up and I was a happy camper they were SO sweet.

Variety of fruit bars is phenomenal, refreshing, and delicious. Facility could use a good wipe down however as bathroom, doors and glass needed some TLC. We would definitely stop by again.

This place is good. Has all the mexican snacks you want. The food and drinks are good. The only thing is the service is slow but its due to everything is handmade. Lots of things to try. Get ready to spend some money because you gonna wanna try everything.

Mexican ice cream place with so many flavors and unique ones like Ferraro rocher, spicy cucumber, etc. Also a lot of other stuff like food, spicy chips, popsicles, and smoothies/milkshakes. Friendly and affordable! 1 scoop is $2.69 and is more than enough! I wish we had something like this in AZ!

Very good ice cream for a decent price. Creamy and delicious and the pieces of pistachio nut tasted like actual pistachio not something generic. Would recommend to friends and family.

Good bionicos. I tried the fresh fruit cup. It wasnt so fresh. I couldnt eat the cucumbers. Havent tried the paletas but they do look good. Line is extremely long most of the times Ive been there. Wish they would work on that.

Ive been here twice, I love the ice cream its delicious but the only reason I give a 3 stars because customer service is not that great specialty the girls that work there they are not to welcoming, they have an attitude face they seem to be bothered when you asked them to try the flavors, they do have lots of flavors so I do want to try them to make sure I like it before I get my cup of ice cream.

Give it a try to a coconut icecream you are going to love it.

The best ice cream Ive eaten here in the States (U.S.A).. They offer all kind of flavors, but the mangoneadas are the best.

Love this place. Has a nice variety of ice cream flavors that you can mix and match. Their mangoneadas are so delicious . And their agua de frutas is to die for. It does get packed on weekends but it is totally worth it .

This place is so nice and clean. Excellent service. My family and I probably go in like once a week. Everything looks and tastes so delicious. My husband is a fan of the Paleta de pepino con chile. My favorite would have to be their tostilocos. They are willing to make anything the way the customer wants it. Lets not forget the creamy ice cream, they have tons of flavors to choose from. I really recommend this place, specially to come in with your family.
