First experience with them was for a car repair in 2018, after Hurricane Michael the shops in an hour radius of me were booked for months. Gilland got me in and out in a week, helped arrange my rental car pickup and drop off, and I was 100 percent satisfied with the repairs. My next experience was buying my husbands car there this past weekend. They made it a pleasure, very open and honest about the pricing, which was under Blue Book, tried to accommodate what it was we were looking for by letting us see a trade-in that wasnt showroom ready just in case that suited us better, and got us over to see the car we wanted from their website with no problem (it was across the street at their Ford dealership). Sales guy Jeff was great and the finance guy at Gilland Ford was very easy to work with, one of the better car buying experiences weve had.

Our 50th Corvette is slowly being destroyed there..pulled motor out claiming all gaskets seals leaking, replaced reservoir bottle. Water pump...now claim the radiator that was in it brand new is the wrong radiator? Geez and only 130k miles? My work van has 235k and never heard of all this being done anywhere before on a car always garaged

I paid $644.79 for them to fix me air conditioner and 2 weeks later it started blowing hot air. I took it back, they checked it out and informed that there was nothing wrong with it. I asked if they had checked the code on the check engine light, and they had not. So they checked the code and once again told me nothing is wrong, come pick it up. The lady I spoke with, Terry I think was her name, told me it needed spark plugs and a fuel filter. I tried to tell her that I had just replaced all of that, but she cut me off and told me to be quiet and let her finish talking. So, I picked up my truck and it was blowing hot air AGAIN as I was pulling out of the parking lot. I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could give less than one star, I would.
