Ive taken my vehicle there before theyve always been a good job and reasonably priced. A few weeks ago I went and I think they were having a bad day I think the mechanic was having a bad day or something was going on.. I got an outrageous estimate or for a radiator and shocks and struts. If I was to buy everything myself you would have costed about $500. I understand labor cost. I would have paid $1,000 to have that done what the labor. But I thought 1800 was way too steep.

Kenny really seemed like he didnt wanna deal with me...Im talking about from the phone call setting up the appointment to the time i actually arrived. Didnt let them work on my vehicle since it was still able to be driven.

Absolutely amazing!!! And yes I know cars somewhat! 1st honest mechanic Ive ever known! Kenny originally told me repair cost would be around $250. Ok. After he fixed it, cost $149.85! How does that happen? Not to mention names, brand new shop off Selmore Rd, about a year ago I took my Corvette in for a squeak. Turned out to be an tensioner pulley. They changed all 3 and an idler pulley. Cost approx $650.00 Next day the AC belt come off. Their mechanic FORGOT to tighten up the AC idler pulley!!!! Had to fix it myself!!! And Zach never even apologized!!!!!

If i could give negative stars i would. I took it to his shop to get it diagnosed. He diagnosed it as a blown engine and it woild cost 5000 just for the engine labor not included, bit he wouldnt fix it because of how the repair would need to be done. First off if you decide you wont fix it you shouldnt charge a diagnostic fee. Im a retail manager amd thats how i handle my business. Its just good customer service. Well im glad he didnt fix it i took to a ford dealer amd it wasnt even a bad engine it was a bad air compressor. I contacted him again for a refund on the fact that he didnt diagnose it right. He still refused. I told him i was going to report him to the better business bureau for the incorrect diagnosis. He then said he wouod tell everyone that i was a dope head. Worst service i have ever re ieved anywhere for anything. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE AT ALL!!!
