The manager josh was awesome. He seemed really knowledgeable. He had a new guy with him named Tim but he didnt seem all that new. He was very knowledgeable as well. They was a great team and made my visit to the ozark store the best it could possibly be. Thanks Josh and Tim for all your hard work.

I have been to this store many many times. I am older and the two young men have helped me so much. Dominick and Josh have helped me over and over.I am older and not near as savvy as I would need to be. They are so patient and helpful.Really impressed.

Highly recommend coming into see Josh and Que. Very helpful and friendly. Took great care of me.I will have to say that my previous post no longer stands, at least for Josh. Since getting my phones I have taken my iPhone 12 back to the store to get assistance with getting the phone to ring and he couldnt help me. He said Im more of a Samsung guy, you might need to take it to another store. He was unable to help me transfer the data to my new phone so I had to take it home and have my son do it for me. When I went back to the store to turn in my old phones I was helped by Dominic because Josh was with another customer. Dominic had to have Josh print off the first receipt cause he couldnt get it to print. I had a question about the validity of the receipt because it looked more like a store flyer than a receipt. I was told to take their word for it. I guess me questioning the receipt offended Dominic and he told me to take my phone and leave. I was not raising my voice just simply questioning the validity of the receipt which Dominic himself even questioned at first. Long story short Dominic finally processed the second phone and printed off my second receipt which looked nothing like the first receipt I was given. The second one actually looked how one would expect a receipt to look. Now I have to expect that there will be some issue with my old, but perfectly good phones once they are returned, as I had to leave them there with Josh and Dominic. Save yourself the headache and go to a different store to do your business. Josh said he was the manger of the store and that is sad. AT&T must be desperate for managers because Josh is unmotivated, unprofessional, and lazy.

This location doesn’t have a clue. Ordered something to pickup and the associates refuse to honor it. Better yet they cancelled it and tried to get me to sign a commission deal instead. Zero assistance and pure frustration after 3 visits and still no service. Verizon has sense and signed me up immediately with an even better deal than these amateurs. Spare yourself the hassle and go to a corporate location if you must use AT&T at all. Never been somewhere trying to spend money where I was given no options due to absolute ignorance.

Went in to see some options for an upgrade on my outdated iPhone. Riley paid out all my options, and helped me choose the best plan and my phone for my needs. Rebecca and Riley both went out of their way to assist me, and made the visit fun and friendly sharing photos of family. Definitely the best in store visit I’ve had with att. Ive never seen such slight of hand business dealing. The bill was never what they promised and I spent hours and hours and hours talking to the Philippines. I finally paid the penalty to get out of the contract i didnt agree to in the first place.
