Not a bad store but very little stuff has a good discount. I know many of these stuff is target since I shop there a lot and the prices are pretty close to original price. I get better deals buying stuff from the other stores with a good return policy. (Many stuff here is non returnable, if not all) They really should consider changing their prices a bit, especially if it has some kind of damage on it.

Great place for locals and tourists. New mdse constantly changing...a mdse liquidator, Id call it. All very much fun to go through and see what calls out to you, saying, Buy Me!!

Overall just kinda a meh experience. Not a lot in the store, with an almost liminal atmosphere.

I used to enjoy visiting this store. Today, upon entering, I was immediately approached and loudly heckled in the very front of the store by an employee about my service animal. A bit too aggressively, and loudly, she asked if it was a service animal. I replied, yes. Then she loudly asked the question several more times in different ways (with my reply being yes each time) and stated: not an emotional support animal - some people try that - but an actual service animal. I again said yes, and offered to show her the paperwork, but she said she did not want to look at it and continued with questions. Then a second employee approached and asked me what services the dog performed. Already humiliated, I answered. Then #2 told #1 you have to ask it like that.As I left Chambers Sales, that same employee was walking in front of me and said some nice goodbye, and God Bless, to another lady leaving. I looked at her and said I would have purchased something if you hadnt treated me like that. She just gave me a hard stare with no comment. I left.Luckily, that rudeness enabled me to happen upon another store I hadnt been aware of, where I spent hundreds of dollars. I think Ill pass on Chambers next time.

I used to love this store but it seems to me that the customer service has gone down. They have started to accuse everyone of stealing which is a very serious offense and it makes for a very uncomfortable shopping experience. Shoplifting should be taken seriously but not every single customer is a thief and shouldn’t feel as though they are doing something wrong while shopping.

Probably one of the coolest Discount places I have been to. Huge selection of house hold appliances, furniture, clothing, and just about everything in-between. Never have I walked into a store saying I dont need a microwave then proceeded to walk out with a microwave cause the deal was way too good to pass up. About walked out with a ski ball machine too. Actual unbeatable prices.

They have basically everything you might be looking for, and the staff is super friendly, I proudly recommend Chambers sales 👍👍😎

This place will have something for you. It does from young to old. Big to small. Priced to love on most, some way to high. Have to watch but always find a bargain.

RUDE EMPLOYEES. After picking out some nail polish (2for$1) and shopping around for about 10minutes, I was approached by an employee who snatched the polish out of my hand and said it had to stay at the register. REALLY HATEFUL, the way she spoke to me, looked at me, treated me. Good thing the “music” that’s always playing there lets you know these folks dig Christ, because you sure wouldn’t be able to tell by the way they treat people. BYE, FELICIA.

You never know what your going to find. Their furniture seems to be a little over priced but many of their other items are very well priced.

The sign says everything 80%off is deceiving. The cereal is the only thing 80%off

I never leave reviews, but after todays experience, I think its time I start! I have been a long time local shopper of this store as I can usually find pretty good deals, and have spent quite a bit of money here over the years. I am sad to say that after my experience today, I will never step foot in this store again!! After being cooped up in the house with my 3 children for 4 days from the snow storm, I decided to take them out. Not long after we started looking around in the store, I noticed employees following and watching me to the point where I felt uncomfortable. My kids were on the next aisle over from me and I hear a lady asking them if they are going to buy what they are holding (my kids are all 10). One of them answers yes and she tells them they have to take it to the lady at the register if they want to look at it. She never asked to talk to their mother. My kids came back over to me and I told them to stay with me as a couple different employees walked by watching us to see if we needed help finding anything? I was almost done shopping and my son asked if he could get a trashcan for his room and held the can up in the air. Another employee walks around the corner and tells two of my boys that they are going to have to calm down and stop being so rowdy in the store and to put back what he was holding! Are you kidding me? She said this right in front of me. I told my son to put his item back and that it was ridiculous that we couldnt shop without numerous amounts of employees following us and saying something to us about what we were looking at. I said, We will not be buying anything from here ever again, nor will we ever be back! I left my cart in the aisle as the employee stared at me and followed me all the way out the door. I watched her as she went to the register and begin laughing and talking about it to another employee. Most of their staff are very judgmental, rude and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY at this overpriced, expired food, store!

Always find something great

I go with the children to the store, the sellers follow us, the last time she yelled at me rudely for my children, but they did nothing wrong, apparently the sellers feel very hard there and they pour all the negativity onto customers and hate children! Worst service! I will not come again and will tell everyone for this store!

Not so much a discount store when your prices on some things are either at cost or above.

Only reason it’s one star is zero is not an option. Shop here at your own risk, extremely poorly maintained property.

This place is unbelievable! Really remarkable as to what they have available! There are so many items in this store that itd take me hours to list but some things you can find here..believe it or not are the following: furniture, household items & goods, food, pet food & items, appliances, clothing, cleaning supplies, yard work tools, etc. This is just to name a few of the things youll find here. You truly need to check this place out for any of your needs. Also, the prices cant be beat anywhere; as far as Im concerned.

I came to this store with my Fiancé my 4 year old and my 2 month old. My 4 year old was across the way getting his teeth fixed so I thought I would pop in and see what they had like I always do at this time. I had people following me constantly giving me weird looks because I have a red Mohawk. I ignore it and go on my way I found a couple items for a good price and my son and fiancé found some stuff as well. Combined we had to have at. least 90$ worth of items. Me and my family made our way to the register I had found a phone charger I had my hands full so I put the item in my pocket. I Emptied the cart at the register then Got the charger out of my pocket. And immediately the older woman said I was stealing and was banned from the store. I asked her why I was banned? She replied that I was stealing and I replied that I wasn’t stealing I had my hands full and I put it in my pocket by Accident she threatened to call the cops and told me that we couldn’t Buy anything from this store. So I left all the merch and left. I went to the car and had to tell my four year old that the toys he picked out he couldn’t get. 🚨 I WOULDN’T GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FOLLOWEED ACCUSED, AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST! 🚨

I love these kinds of stores! Didnt have much the last time I was there but they have a lot of different stuff every time.

I went to this store with my family like a week after thanksgiving. my six year old looses the car keys in the store, i try asking employees to help find them. no one cares. no one helped. this frustrated me. little bit later i have the owner in my face with a camera saying i was threating and needed to leave. or she is going to call the police. me and my family would have been kicked to the street, had my wife not found the keys last second. the employees here are rude, dont wear masks. and some of the products where worn heavily, dont do business here they will kick you to the curb as soon as help you.

If you need to shop safely, DONT GO HERE! He doesnt have to protect the public health of vulnerable elderly by requiring masks, and we thankfully do NOT have to shop here. There are plenty of stores that DO care, and have curbside service to further protect us, and also have much better quality merchandise than this filthy junk store has, anyway.

This store reminds me a lot of Dirt Cheap in Memphis. The prices are ok but some things are crazy high. The 80% is already taken off price thats on items so some are jacked way up. Overall its a pretty good store but be prepared to spend a little time in there because there is lots to look at

Great prices on a variety of different things from clothing to furniture to shoes and makeup and everything in between. We purchased 3 Levi insulated coats for $29 each.

A woman working here once accused me of stealing. I told her she could look through my bag but she refused because she claimed she didnt want to get stuck by a needle. So now she on top of accusing me of stealing shes implying Im a drug user too? Never in my life have I been treated like this. All this because I took too long shopping.

This store is wonderful. Items change frequently, so if you find something you should buy it rather than waiting. Friendly, helpf staff

I bought some pajama pants from them and when I walked out i realized they had a huge hole in the inner thigh. The receipt said everything is sold as is but they were super nice about and just exchanged it. I really recommend this place for literally anything you need!

Big variety and some pretty good deals.

Small variety of bedspread. One which i bought. Also had lot of small household appliances and ceiling fans, chairs, rugs, clothing, curved shower curtain rod. Wooden blinds were the real deal. Had tje sizes I needed. Glad I stopped and checked it out. No returns.

I barely made it in the door and a young lady from the register yelled at me that they don’t allow pets! I had my service dog (Havanese small breed) WITH A SERVICE VEST ON!! Embarrassing!!! People turned and looked at me! I just turned and walked out! I usually spend a ton of money in this store, especially during Christmas!! I was going in to look at a couch! I was completely humiliated and as a business owner I would fire ANYONE who treated a customer this way! Believe me, as someone who suffers from depression and anxiety the way I do, I WOULD LOVE TO BE ABLE TO GO INTO A STORE WITHOUT MY SERVICE DOG!! I will NOT be back!

Love this place! You have to watch expiration dates on some of the food items. Their items are a great price and they have a little bit of everything. I go in about once a month, just to explore.

Love this place. They sell a huge variety of goods and furniture at a discount price. We shop there every few weeks to see what new treasures they might be offering.

In the past we have always gotten good bargains. Today we were there and shocked at the prices. We saw no big bargains like we used to find. Prices on many, many items did not seem much better than buying at Walmart. It is almost like they have new owners, or new management. Very unimpressed. I dont see any reason to go there.

Customer service was one of the worst services in Ozark, One employee kicked me out and said I have no rights. Horrible!!!!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I COME TO THIS STORE NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!!

Wow this place has the most amazing items. I probably bought $5,000 or better in merchandise for $400 😍😍 I filled the entire car and I am so excited to try it all out!! Something for everyone .. my two kids who HATE shopping, loved all three hours I spent there.

Very rude staff!!!!!!! No customer service what so ever!!! The clerk laughed in my face. I will not bring them our business and will make sure everyone I know, will do the same! All of the produce is expired. Candy are hard. Chocolates are stale. Their items from target are the same price as I can buy on sale at the target store who on the other hand treat their customers with great service. They want same price for merchandise that is defective, broken or chipped as any big chain retailer. We bought a toaster from there paying $100 only to come home, turning it on realizing it doesnt work properly. They will not return or exchange anything, they just laugh in your face. I can not get over how rude and disrespectful the staff is at chambers. If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would!

Not trustworthy. They have an intentional system of marking two identical products at different prices where the lower priced product is broken. Be careful, because one was a toy where the broken one had sharp jagged plastic edges inside that could hurt a child. Another had the main part of the toy cut in half in the bag. Currently, their 50 cent fidget spinners are off-balanced so they dont spin properly. Walmart discounts label the problem if it is not obvious, but this store does not, in fact they try to hide it from you and some employees were very rude when we tried to point it out because we assumed it was a mistake. Nicer employees gave a deer in the headlights look.

Okay so the reason I gave this store a 1 star rating is because, me and my 2 friends went to this store today and were looking around at thing and I had bought some shot glasses and my friend bought some glasses, well as we walked out of the store we were accused of stealing glasses, and she pointed to my friends face, and said “Those glasses” WHICH WERE HIS PRESCRIPTION GLASSES THAT HE CAME IN WITH. This lady was so rude and told us we could not come back, when we did absolutely nothing wrong!!! N when I called to talk to the manger about what had happened a worker answered and I explained the situation to her, she said “oh yes that was me” ( The one that accused us and said we couldn’t come back) and she told me she has the right to refuse service to anyone even if she does not have a reason, and then proceeds to tell me its “ Trespassing“ for me to call and ask why we were accused of stealing and why we couldn’t come back! They were so rude and followed us around the store! The girl even admitted that she followed us! We didn’t do anything wrong and for them to accuse us of something we didn’t do and say we can’t come back is so wrong!! I really don’t recommend going to this store much less spending your money there and supporting a store that is so rude and accuses people of things they didn’t even do, and stalking their customers the whole time they are there! N I am not the only one who has been treated this way, there are multiple customer complaints saying they have been treated the exact same way! It’s just so wrong, so I would definitely not support this store at all!!!!

I would give this place actually ZERO STARS if I could. They are the rudest people in any business Ive ever seen. They are definitely not Christians even though they purport to be. They were so rude to my daughter and when I stood up for her the clerk lied to her boss and said I cussed her out . The people in line with us said they had been ride to them as well. Read their reviews online a very good portion of the people talk about how rude they are and the rest about being accused of stealing and then even though they didnt, many were asked to never return. What terrible business ethics and people skills. OH AND THEY HAVE A STRICT NO RETURN POLICY. I mean you cant even trade for a different size or anything. Dont waste your time shopping here its a total rip off with expired over priced food. Hopefully KARMA will get them. Tell all your friends to not shop here and maybe we can put them out of business and they will get their due rewards

This is a great place to find fantastic deals; today I found a perfect Kirkland brand womans shirt 60% off the already low price of $1.99. So, so many awesome deals like this! There is always a variety of furniture items as well. This store is worth checking out every couple of weeks as new products are brought in often.

Decent selection, but the turnover isnt super quick. Once you go, give it a month if you didnt find what you want before checking back.

Visited for the first time in a while in the store looks great! Lots of good products from clothing, small office decor, decorating, food items, and other miscellaneous things. But it looks great we’re glad to see that.

This place has horrible customer service. Today I went and I was looking at the clothes. There is not one piece of clothing that isnt dirty, and when I told them, they wouldnt even give us a discount. All of the food is sold at its normal price and everything is expired. Most of the stuff is discounted but the packaging is damaged. One time I bought a stationery kit, I felt very light but they took it from me and said I cant open the packaging. I bought it and when I got home there was nothing in the box. I went to return it and they told me that all sales are final. 🙄 The more I go I get more disappointed with how they treat us. Another time I got kicked out for bringing in a lollipop because no good is allowed. If I want food I have to buy it. Sorry but Im not getting food poisoning from your expired junk. if you are smart then dont shop here.

I enjoy walking around this store. Seasonal items can be cheap. Once in a while they will get nice furnature in and they sell quickly. Good place to look first before going to higher priced retail stores. You may find a bargain.

Well, if you are looking for a deal you may not find one. Ive only bought a handful of things the 3-4 times Ive been in. Some is definitely overpriced (furniture and other big items) but I have found good deals on swimsuits and other summer type items. Staff is always friendly so that gets them a higher rating from me.

This store has everything you need. They have the latest fashion clothing and they sell furniture. This place is inexpensive too.

This is a return outlet center with very hit and miss items. Great for furniture one offs, but you never know what they will have! I spent several hundred on rugs there a couple years ago! They have a no return policy so be sure of what you are getting. And oh, very Christian and they only play Christian music on the sound system, but hey, it’s Ozark, whaddya expect!

They have everything from computer parts to applesauce. This place is awesome and the staff feels like friends

The store was ok. Did find some cute stools. The owner was very rude. I had taken tags of the stools and went to register to tell them I would like to buy them and she treated me like i was stealing them. Very strange.

Been here several times, on my last visit I was followed down every isle I went down, when I asked a question, they were rude and hateful. I spent 150.00 and would of spent more but felt like I was being rushed and treated like some kind of criminal. I have never stole a thing in my life nor will I ever. If you seen the store it’s so disorganized it takes time to look at everything but I won’t ever go back due to the staff being so rude and hateful!!
