If I could put a negative 5 star I would. Iv been going to dirt cheap stores for over 10 years and this was the worst one iv ever been too. Not one item rang up the right price even if the number matched the number on the sign hanging up. The nice girl working manually over rode most of the prices but the mangers were rude and didnt want to fix any of it. Worst experience ever wont ever go back wouldnt recommend it at all.

Always great deals and this location puts their customers first! The manager Jason and his staff are wonderful! Worth the trip in!

Items change prices from day to day! Never know wht price they will decide to charge. Found two comforters, bought one but decided to return the next day and get the other one (same item) they tried charging me almost $30.00 more. Neither were marked with price. Not happening!

If you willing to spend some time there, you can get a great deal. But compare prices, they will over price the original amt then add their discount making it the normal price at other stores.

This place is very interesting. I purchased 3 jackets for $3. But I get very overwhelmed inside this store. Yes I have anxiety issues and this place intensifies it exponentially. Overall they have good deals if u like clutter.

Just make sure you check the prices to see if it is the original price is correct or you will be paying sometimes more for what you could get it for a brand-new originally other than that my favorite store Dirt Cheap

Its just confusing of what the store really is.

I found that many many items are priced out of range, for instance spray paint that is sold by Lowes is only a $1.00 each at Lowes but at the dirt cheap store I shop at they are marked $6.95 with 50% off. So if you are not paying attention you will pay almost 3 times what it would cost you at Lowes, or you can go to Lowes and buy 3 cans of the same paint. But then if you check the prices by Google of the named brand item that you are interested in in the Dirt Cheap store while you are there and before you purchase the item you will find what the true value of the item is and find out if its really a good deal or not. I have brought this to the attention of the on duty manager and have been told that they dont set the prices of the items there at the store that they come from the warehouse already priced and have no control want so ever. SO BE CAREFUL OF THE PRICES, AND BE SURE TO CHECK THE INTERNET BEFORE YOU BUY! Now thats not saying that everything is over priced you have to really shop and really paying attention before you buy. There are no refunds on any items purchased period. I give them a 3 star rating, and there are a few good deals now and then. Also for consumer information. They purchase pallets of returned items from, Walmart, Lowes, Target, Ace hardware, and many others major retail stores regardless of what items that are on the pallets for $25.00 each pallet, so they make lots and lots of money for what they sale. One last thing, make sure it works or that you are able to fix it yourself. Have fun....

This is my favorite DC in the area. The clothing section is large and well organized. The show selection for women is great as well, not so much for men. I usually shop for clothes and shoes but have also found a few other great sales on candles top! I always recommend this location because you can tell the staff works hard to keep the store organized. I enjoy finding a great bargain here!

I spent over $120.00, and although it seemed a little high for the stuff I’d purchased it seemed plausible. That wasn’t the issue. I was not given a receipt. And when the manager was called I was given a print out with my total and no specifics. I was too frustrated to keep fighting as, of course, I’d want to see what I purchased and for how much and everyone was less than helpful. This was my first time here and I will not be returning to this location.

I have to have a certain frame of mind to shop at Dirt Cheap. I have found a few deals on occasion; however, there are times Ive walked in and immediately turned around and walked out. The prices on most items have been grossly inflated and then a reduction is given. The store, like most Ive visited is out of order and unlike other comments, I dont place blame on visiting children but its an indication of poor management and how they feel about their customers.

You might can find some good deals at Dirt Cheap but the place is so unorganized. The customer service is so pathetic that you’re lucky to find two employees even working. Every time I’ve been to the store we waited in the checkout line for about a good 10-20 minuets before being seen, when there’s only like 3 people in the line. If that’s the case have at least more than one line open. Do NOT recommend!

Was the most disorganized place I ever been then stood in line 30 minutes trying get checked out for only 2 items finally just left my order walked out very dissatisfied

Excellent customer service. Jason was so nice and went out of his way to help us during our visit. Much better store and customer service than you will get at the Dothan location. The store was very clean and items were marked with the correct price. Highly recommend this location if you want to find name brand product at a reasonable price. They are constantly working to get new stuff out so that customers can purchase it. Above anything else the service from staff and management was amazing. Will be back very soon.

THE entire store was absolutely disgusting. There was dried blood all over the dang floor by the costumes. Bathrooms were awful WILL NOT BE BACK

Found some GOOD buys bought a pair of jean capris for $1 you just have to be willing to look/dig. Place is in a mess and bathroom is out of tissue and looks like it has not been cleaned in several days.

Let me just say first thing that this is the first time Ive been to one of these, so I may be judging it a little harshly (Id probably give it 3 1/2 ⭐ if I could).That being said, as soon as I walked in the door it was like a giant garage sale, everything was everywhere. I had a harder-than-expected time finding clothing/shoe sizes. Random items were thrown (and cascading off) on shelves, its basically a rummage game. Good luck finding anything specific.At first glance it seems like the prices are the same price youd pay for them at their original retailers. Then you realize you have to look at signs posted in the vicinity and decode the markdowns. You can find some good deals there, but also buyer beware, these are rejects for whatever reason and should be examined before purchase (all sales are final).
