Yes, people need to know that when they go to this shell location on lighthouse ave that they need to watch carefully in what they are being charged for an Item. I have been going there for 5 years ( unfortunately because its easy acess). But Im not going into the store any longer due to management, also Im tired of getting taxed for food, getting charged the incorrect prices almost all the time. having to watch all the time making sure Im not over charged.

First and foremost... the day crew deserves five stars! They are the BEST.Im sure the night crew will learn how to show a little more respect for their customers soon enough.But the hours are ridiculous. How about staying open a bit longer in the evenings? Pacific Grove is a pretty safe area and you would definitely benefit from adding an hour or two.

Last 3 months they have been really low on a lot of things, a lot of Items are not getting re-stocked. 3-5 days ago I went to get my mom some orange juice- they are OUT OF THAT NOW!! ALSO THE REFRIGERATOR IS BROKEN. NO SIGN on it saying out of order, nor were the drinks removed out of it to save them- STOCKED WITH WARM DRINK THAT ARE OR WILL BE BAD NOW ANY DAY. LAST ORANGE JUICE I BOUGHT THE REFRIGERATOR WAS I GUESS IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING WARM. NOW IT IS. WONDERING IF THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS, SINCE THEY ARE NOT RESTOCKING A LOT OF THINGS, PLUS NOR REPLACING A BROKEN DOWN REFRIGERATOR. GUESS I WILL HAVE TO GET USE TO GOING ELSEWHERE!!!

Great location to get gas or some snacks before/after a trip to the beach. Easy to get to and rarely busy.

There is a restroom for customers only in the corner of the shop.You can ask the shop assistant for the key.He will be nice to help you.
