Every visit is good. The staff has been there forever and they know everything and everyone. Its a good place to get what you need.

Waited at the counter for 15 minutes and no one ever showed up - guess they were all in the back. Store was a wreck- looked like numerous projects going on all over the retail area and parts counter. None of the normal retail products on display or on the shelves that most NAPA stores carry.

Able to find parts for even old 1999 fork trucks that no body else could find. Best place to get batteries for company crane.

We were unable to look up by application or part number so he opened a book and book and typed Nissan starter part numbers book until he identified it by picture. The man deserves a raise. I chose napa because of their employees.

Good quality parts very informative staff. If they dont have it they usually get it pretty quick. It has been there for many years this tells you theyre not ripping people off. Only thing prices are a little high.

Jeff helped me out with installing licence plate lights in my car. I was SUPER thankful as I had been driving around trying to find someone who had the tools and could help. I highly recommend this place if you are ever in need of auto parts and I will continue going here when I am in need of a part for my car!

Great prices and had a hard to find bolt for the brakes on My van caliper.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. If they dont have it, they can get it quickly for those hard to find parts. Very good at matching up and building hydraulic hoses and fittings.They work quickly to get you up and going again and offer great advice. I get just about everything for our fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment from this store.

If you want to get the right parts then this is the place to go, and there very polite give it a try.
