There aren’t enough ways to express how easy this entire process was. Zero problems, zero hassle, zero pressure. I made the 6 hour drive from Mississippi to make the purchase. Danny made everything so simple and easy. He’s as picky as me when it comes to vehicles and he held nothing back in its description. Was only there for a short time. Had my car towed there, I was told they were a small dealership and was booked 3 weeks out but they would work me in the next week when the part came in.. comparesome dealership in Cobb county serviced and repaired over 350 vehicle that day I was there got me in and on me way that was $1200 they missed out on by working and moving at a snails pace.

I had searched for weeks for the car I wanted and didn’t find many options! Great place to buy a car, I got my car there and was so happy that I got my daughters car there too. I will only go to watermark Honda

I had my 2009 Civic in for an oil change and mentioned that my AC had been acting up and had quit cooling and asked them to troubleshoot the problem. They come back with the word that my compressor needs to be replaced and that my system is leaking. The estimate came to $1800. I passed, not wanting to spend that much money. They tightened the leak and recharged my freon and the AC worked until the next spring. I put up with no AC for a while then took it to Alveys Automotive. Mr Alvey diagnosed the AC problem as a faulty relay, with a $30 cost to repair. Worked like a charm! Beware of Watermarks diagnostics and always get a second opinion. Not very impressed with Watermark, needless to say.

I drove from Knoxville, TN to Paducah, KY to purchase my sweet, gently used (new for me) ride from Watermark Honda. (12 hr round trip for me!) This is a good place to buy a car! Ive been searching for a very specific Accord and found it here. So we made the 3 hour drive to look at it. I emailed Corey and he was top notch from the start. Even though he was very busy when we came in, he still made time for us. Chance was great and explained everything in detail and made sure to accommodate us very well with us living 3 hours away. They were all very kind, funny and an amazing crew. They even laughed at my husbands corny jokes! :)**I am revising my review because I am really upset about the taxes. I asked a couple times if the taxes were calculated for Illinois and not Kentucky. I was assured they were and would be refunded if not correct. We then received a refund from Watermark for overpaid taxes. Not upset about a over payment at all. THEN I received a letter from the State of IL that we had underpaid our taxes, had to pay the difference plus a penalty. Even though the penalty was an insignificant amount, the process was a hassle to go through. This was my fear of buying out of state and I would not do it again.
