GO TO THIS HIDDEN GEM !!! It’s definitely a hidden gem for this auto shop repair. I never usually do reviews or write them online because it’s a waste of time BUT I just had to with these guys. Very reasonable price and figured out the problem all the other shops had lied and can’t figure out. If anyone has car issues these place is the way to go. Like I said, hidden gem !

Car troubles at night, parked it here based on the reviews. Called the next morning and Lee and Michael were AMAZING - new battery (not the alternator as we thought)! They went above and beyond to see that we were on the road safely and timely!

These are good Christian men who won’t do you wrong. I never heard of them until I found them on Google last week. They fixed a hard-to-find electrical short the same day I brought it in. Fair and very reasonable price.

Lee and Michael did an amazing job on my handicap van. After the computer got broke in the van, Michael rewired and put in many parts on the van to convert it to a regular driven handicap van. That was a big job! He is very knowledgeable with the electrical components. After many years in the business, Lee can repair anything. I would recommend them to anyone as they fix the vehicle as tho it is their own, professional and economical. Thanks for a job well done!

Im from out of town and luckily found this shop to replace the water pump quickly and fairly. Lees main concern was getting me back on the road without taking me to the cleaners. Friendly and fair.

Lee and Michael at Lone Oak Auto Repair are great! They were so helpful and accommodating. When they found out our family was from out of state, they fit us in right away and went to amazing lengths to obtain the part we needed to get us back on the road. We moved from Nashville to Paducah a few months ago, and went off of Google reviews to find. If I have any car trouble in the future, theyll be my first call. Lee and his grandson treated me well. Stood around and spoke to Lee for 20 minutes or so after I picked up car. Seem to be honest, no-frill kind of guys that run same kind of shop.

I called them to see if I can put my car in the shop for a few problems I explained to him what was going on he then started to raise his voice because I was asking how long i would have to leave my car. Never have I ever heard so much attitude from a business. Absolutely unacceptable! Old grumpy man clearly doesnt know the meaning of running a shop!

My husband and I were traveling home to FL from visiting my family for Christmas in IL. Our low oil pressure light kept coming on and so we googled a mechanic in Paducah, KY. We felt like it was just a sensor, but we didnt want to risk further damage to our car or being stranded on the side of the road with a 2 year old and 4 year old and me also being pregnant. I called ahead and the gentleman said they would hook it up for us and see what the problem was, and help us out. We pulled in 15 minutes after I called. They saw us right away and were VERY knowledgeable. The told us our options, gave us a discount on the part, and fixed it right away. They showed us every diagnostic screen and thoroughly explained eveey step to us. We couldnt have asked for nicer, friendlier people. It appeared to be a grandfather and his grandson running the family business and they informed us they only treated people how they wanted to be treated. We count ourselves as very blessed to have found them. An hour later, we were on the road again. We would highly recommend them to everyone!!!!!

Top of the line. Michael finished our Blazer, diagnosed several other smaller problems knowing that we wouldnt fix them until we got home. A mechanic that you can actually trust is far and few between, and these guys are at the top of that list.
