Highly recommend these guys unlike plaza tire they’re not about taking your money at all I went in to get my car realigned and they were as honest as they could have been about it and advised me that I was wasting my money cause the problem was all the extra weight in my trunk I had also taken in my own tires to be mounted and balanced and after tearing the car down and going to mount the tires they realized that I was sent the wrong size tires and once again unlike Plaza tire would have they charged me nothing at all! They have a great honest work family that not only takes care of each other like family but also the customers as well!

Best Tire Store in Paducah, I had a flat tire, about 10 blocks away, I called them and the store sent out a mechanic and put on my spare tire, after I drove to the store I purchased a new tire, but was not charged for for changing my tire to to the spare tire. Such great customer service. I will go definitely back and will purchase my tires from Raben Tire. Great people work there so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store, I would say the best one in town

I called to special order tires and the next day I had them on my car. I was very pleased with the service and the price.

I have always use this tire store even before it was bought out by Rabien.I don’t know what is different but every time I go in for my tire rotation I’ve had trouble with getting my car back in a reasonable time. Last visit they had someone that had put too much air in my tires and did not know what was correct from my car. I had to take it back. They checked it and sure enough 10 pounds more than it should’ve been in every tire . Went this time set up appointment at 9 o’clock told them just to call me when it was ready. Never heard from them until I called him at 1 o’clock.They said had three people not show up for work and they were covered up and they had phone problems and they forgot to call me. They said my car has been ready for a while. Everything is OK with my tires now but I was kind of concerned Because of their lack of personnel at their place today. So far on my last two visits of tire rotations things have not gotten any better as far as their personnel. This is sad because this is the choice I made years back to go to this tire store and always had good service. I’m on my third set of tires on my car and I’ve always bought them of course brand new from them.

I was on my way to Kentucky Lake and a tire on my jet ski trailer went bad... I stopped in and the two gentleman at the front counter were Amazing! Had me in and out in less than 30 minutes! I work in a business were customer service is of the utmost importance! The guys at the counter and the mechanics in the shop were all very humble. I would say they all need a raise! I will definetly go back if I have any issues in that area again!!

Unbelievably kind and helpful. My car blew out a tire on the interstate while driving from Colorado to Florida in paducah kentucky. Raben tire brought out 2 trucks to make sure we were safe and brought a new tire and replaced it on the side of the highway. We are forever grateful for the service and safety!!! I am a long time customer of Shelby’s now Rabin Tire. Lonnie has always taken great care of my tire needs. Admittedly this last visit no Raben people were wearing masks and that is not safe. Or good business practice.

Asked for two tires to be put on front. Went to pick up car, didnt notice that they put four on there instead of two. They did offer to put my old tires back on and refund for the other two, but I chose to just pick up two of the better ones to hold for spares. I get there the next day, no one has any idea about my tire situation but I end up with two tires, not sure they were the ones that came off my car but I got two nonetheless...also got an alignment and brake/rotor check...was told brakes and rotors were fine.Drove it that afternoon and it sounded worse than it did before I took it in, also still pulled to the right. Brought the car back up there and was to that the guy overlooked how bad my brakes were but that he no longer worked there..offered to do my brakes for nearly $200, even after all of the mistakes that were made. They were decently priced but probably wouldnt go back.

I went to Raben to get a flat repair. The flat was in trunk, because I had my spare on... I ended up having to buy a new tire for the flat, and once they put it on now none of my tire sensors work. They said I have to take it to the dealer because they couldnt get it to program. This is the first time this has happened. Hopefully I wont be charged at the dealer and they can fix it. Smh

The young man who assisted me was very helpful in finding me a tire at a reasonable price. Customer service was a top priority for this gentleman. A tire was purchased mounted and put into my car very efficiently and in a timely manner. I will use this price again and recommend it to anyone else.

Overall I’ve had good experiences at Raben. However the past three times there has been an issue. The first time they put the more expensive oil in my truck without my knowledge, however they didn’t charge me for that. The past two times I’ve had to wait up to two hours for my oil change, even though I had an 8am appointment. Both times they apologized and didn’t charge me anything for the oil change. I appreciate taking care of their mistakes but I’d also rather not have to wait 2 hours each time. I’ll come back again, but any more issues and I’ll probably go somewhere else.

After i had a non-repairable flat tire on Jan 1 2021, I found every tire service was closed. My friend told me about Rabin tire, which was open the next day. Merle was very proffessional and attentive and had me back on the road in a very short time.

I had a screw stuck in my tire - I had been to the ford place and they said I’d need a new tire! I was skeptical so I declined (the tire was not loosing air). I asked a neighbor where I should take my vehicle and he recommended Raben. The fellow At Raben removed the screw which turned out to be about 1/4 “ long. He ran a soap test Anyway and no leak - And no charge! I was very happy and grateful to have found a business that provides real service. I will certainly go to Raben for my tire needs and recommend them to my friends. Thanks!

Highly recommend. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. I called in and made an appointment to get alignment on my vehicle. They made the appointment for the same day. I dropped off my truck and had it back in an hour. Pricing is comparable to others in town. Had them quote some tires while I was there and found they are well below most others in town.

The staff is friendly and theyre honest. They dont try to sell windshield wipers or air filters at every visit. They do quality work in a timely manner.

Since coming to Paducah with both an older car and a brand new one, finding reliable, honest, & affordable auto service was a challenge at first. Then I found Raben! They are wonderfully fast & courteous & reasonably priced. I bought 4 new tires from them about 18 months ago; they didn’t pressure me to buy the really expensive ones and they didn’t ASSUME I wanted the cheapest. We settled on tires good for my driving needs and not too pricey and the tires have worn wonderfully. Yesterday I went in for a flattening tire; they got me in quickly, didn’t try to sell me an unnecessary tire, and were very pleasant! A great experience that only cost me $22. And I got to put the rusty nail in the display bucket! I won’t go anywhere else.

I was heading out of town for a 6 week trip out west when I discovered a problem with a tire. After a few phone calls to find help I called Raben and was greeted with a friendly voice. After explaining my problem and timeline I was surprised to hear they had a solution. They did not have the tire I needed but could order them and set an appointment for the next morning to resolve my issue. When I arrived at the shop I found them to be just as friendly as they seemed on the phone. They earned a new customer for all my tire needs.

I wouldnt go out of my way to recommend them. They did an alignment to which I was told I had to replace 4 eccentric bolts. I did 2 on jackstand myself. Snapped loose easy enough but the other 2 would be a pain to reach on jack stands. So I took them there and was charged 90 dollars for 1 hour of labor to replace 2 bolts that took me 15 minutes. It also only took an hour to do do that plus the alignment I had already paid for. I get its a mechanic shop and the upcharge for using equipment and time, but 90 is a bit steep to replace 2 bolts I even lubed up with PB blast well before going. I wouldnt be saying this had you charged 45 (still steep but expected). Lesson learned, if you can do a job on your own, dont be lazy and just do it. Quality of work seems alright. To be fair this would probably have happened at most other mechanics.

These guys went above and beyond to help me get a set of tires on our car before we left on vacation. I had a Saturday appointment and the tires I wanted didnt come in on their truck. The only other set they had in that size was a lot more expensive tire. They made me a great deal on them and kept a very satisfied customer.

They did a good job. Tires look awesome and service was good. I had a Center hub fall off twice on a tire so don’t know what’s that about. It fell off once while they were bringing it around to me. Other than that great job.
