After having an unfortunate experience with a dealership in Peoria, IL I needed to upgrade my vehicle I bought last September. I arrived at Paducah Ford in KY and met Mike Felker. I cant begin to put in to words how wonderful he was to work with. I was blown away by how well he took care of me in every aspect of the purchase. They was to pull my seats and carpet out to check for mold on my 2016 ford f150 and when they took the back seat out they mess my passenger side back door handle up in side and tried to say they didnt do it but they did ...it wasnt like that when i dropped it off to them they were also suppose to detail it and they didnt there was dust from bondoe all over inside my truck where they had the diors open on my truck inside the bodyshop i dont recommend anybody to take there vehicles there ti be fixes or detailed

Service department is not helpful to travelers at all. While traveling through Paducah my service engine light came on so I called to ask them to read the service code so I could evaluate whether or not I could continue my journey. I was told that they were booked up all week. When I pressed and asked if they could just read the code so I knew what I was dealing with I was told “we won’t just read a code without a full engine work up.” Wow. I’m glad they are not my Ford dealer. Thank goodness for the helpful people at Advanced Auto Parts.

Recently purchased a used car from them and would recommend them highly. Mike Felker especially went out of his way to make sure we would be happy with the vehicle! Hes a natural salesman and honest. I have known of him for years during my mallwalking days, thanks Mike!

Brought my car in on July 7, 2021 due to engine light coming on. Brought it in at 10:00 and by 14:00 I was calling for an update. Austin asked if they could keep it overnight because they reset it however could not get it to come back on. He stated they were not too familiar with the engine light coming on with the Ford Mustangs. He stated he would call me the next morning regarding the car. Next afternoon about 14:30 Austin calls saying they could not get engine light back on however it was three possible things. He stated to change those three things would be $600.00 however it would fix the problem. I then asked wouldn’t my warranty cover it and he said no that my warranty had run out. I then told him I had an extended warranty. He thing said we needed to wait till the engine light came back on and get a hard code before we do anything so he wanted me to pay out of my pocket until I mentioned extended warranty then we can’t do anything. So I went in to get vehicle and the price was over $200 which I had gotten an oil change also. He stated it was the diagnostic fee and since they didn’t find anything I had to pay. I mentioned doesn’t the warranty cover that however he goes on to tell me I have no warranty. He then stated he tells everyone he makes an appointment with that they have to pay the diagnostic fee. Well Austin, you did not tell me that and I have argued with the same place before when they tried to make me pay for it however warranty covered it. I then told him he tried to get me to pay $600 to fix the issue however he also denied that. He stated again they couldn’t find anything however it had an engine light on that’s why I brought it in. Then as we are arguing a female approached that didn’t identify who she was wanting to know what was going on. Austin proceeds to tell her he tells everyone about the diagnostic fee and she agreed with him. I told her about my warranty and she asked who I got it from. I told her from Ford at which she told me I didn’t get it from Ford because Ford doesn’t sell warranties. Well, I got the extended warranty when I bought my car at Oxford Ford in Louisville. She then said I should have brought my warranty in so they could find out if those three things would be covered. The only thing I have on my extended warranty is in my contract. So after continuing arguing I told them I would never be back and Austin said okay while another employee is smiling during this ordeal. As soon as I get the vehicle home, engine light comes back on. Took it to another place and the problem was found in 5 minutes.

I found a truck they listed on Autotrader. I submitted a request for info and they responded the next morning. I lived 2 hours away and with a trade-in that meant complications might arise. Mitch wound up being my sales person and he actually did everything he could with out really any haggling! After he answered my extensive questions about the vehicle, he just flat asked me what I wanted. I told him and Ill be damned if he didnt deliver. I drove 2 hours to find the vehicle exactly as described. The deal exactly as described and less than an hour, I was back on the road with my purchase. The fact they were a Ford/Lincoln dealer did add a bit of trust but what they delivered was truly exceptional. I have no problems recommending them to my best friend or family. OUTSTANDING Customer Service!

My wife and I were in the market for a used truck and also rebuilding our credit. We live 2.5 hours away in Southern Indiana and we found a good condition, decent priced truck online here. Called and basically bought it online without seeing it. Met Allyn and Tommy the next day, drove the truck and had one small problem that occurred during test drive. They fixed it immediately before signing papers. Saved thousands of dollars due to their diligent search of financing. Truck drives fantastic and I look forward to being it’s owner for several years at least. Very happy with the quick, easy buying experience with these guys. The owners son was a complete jerk about the situation saying “well what do you want me to do” instead of I’m sorry for what happened can I help you find a new car? I won’t be going back. The absolute worst service department. Called them over and over again about getting service done to my only car. Silence. Left messages with the operator. No call back. I worked for a company up north called Iloca. We worke on semi trailers. I talked to customers constantly. To not even pick up when a customer calls over and again. Atrocious. Ill take my car to sikston. Atrocious. Ill never recommend them. Bad. Take your cars somewhere else.

Tried to make and offer on vehicle and was interrupted before I even made the offer and was told if its not what were asking then youre wasting your time!! Too many car dealers out there to have that type of attitude....

I can only attest to my dissatisfaction with the service/parts department at this dealership. Sales may (or may not) be fine. I live in Ohio. My car broke down near Paducah Ford. I purchased my car at a Ford Dealership in Ohio the day before; drove it to Kentucky the next day. I had an engine component on my car fail. The Ohio dealer directed me to take the car to Paducah Ford for repair. Paducah Ford removed a $7,000.00 component from my car and shipped it to California for rebuild. Paducah Ford packaged my item is a very shoddy fashion (parts department) which caused its destruction in shipping. Paducah Ford only insured my item with UPS for $2700.00; $4300.00 less than its value. My part was destroyed in shipping by UPS due to shoddy packaging, nevertheless; Paducah Ford was able to recover the $2700.00 from UPS. Paducah Ford sent me the $2700.00 but refuses to acknowledge their negligence on the remaining $4300.00 that I must come up with to fix my car. If they had just insured it for the $7,000.00 to start, this would not have happened (or packaged it properly). A reminder to readers I bought this car one day before at a Ford dealer in Ohio, and trusted another Ford dealer in Kentucky (Paducah Ford) to fix it for me. Now; because of Paducah Fords negligence and their unwillingness to make this right, I have had this car nearly five months, driven it one day (the day I bought it) and its still down awaiting a $10,000.00 repair (parts + labor) that I cannot afford. I would not recommend Paducah Ford for service, parts or shipping for this reason. In addition, and to further add insult to injury, Paducah Ford charged me another almost $600.00 for the work they had done already in order for me to pick up my car and tow it back to Ohio on a trailer totally at my expense. Southern Hospitality? I think not.

Very friendly and help us find what my wife was looking for. Are sale man was Allyn Moore great guy to deal with. Here’s the cons of why I didn’t give them a five star rating. I wish they would have told me what my trade in value was before we where signing the papers and the reason I say that is I believe they could have done better on that because they gave the lowest on that and if I think have may kids with me that day and have to be somewhere else I may not or signed the paper. The wait was crazy to sign the papers for the car was crazy long and it could have been because it’s the last day of the year and nobody was at the bank to give loans Ext. But if your looking to buy a car or truck they do have a nice good of people to work with. But in the end my wife is happen. Just watch out for them low balling your trade and don’t go the last day of the year.

My fiance and I werent in the best predicament yesterday when we arrived at the dealership as our car had just broken down the day before and us having 3 kids we knew we were going to leave with a car regardless of what it was. When we arrived in a taxi the salesmen that had been standing outside waiting for customers took one look at my fiance who has face tattoos and myself, they saw we pulled up in a taxi and they assumed we were broke and that they wouldnt get any commission and didnt bother taking the time to ask us either. Patrick Millet came out to us as we were searching the lot ourselves and asked what we were looking for and we explained our situation and our needs. It literally took us all day to get it all worked out but never once did he get rude, make us feel rushed or anything else. Patrick was absolutely amazing and once finding out that is his second job; it made us realize that everything he was doing wasnt because of the commission but because he genuinely wanted to help and understood what we were dealing with. He got us into a newer car than we expected to get and we absolutely love it! It has something for everyone in our family of 5. When we decided to purchase our second car I refuse to buy from anyone other than him!! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE HE DESERVES IT!!!

In my experience, the professionalism is mediocre at best.Bought a Ford Fusion Hybrid from them. The sales person (Terrance Wilson) was awesome and the process went smoothly. They only had one key for the vehicle. I was told they would contact the people they got the car from to inquire about the other key with a promise of contacting me back the middle of next week. If they couldnt locate the other key, I was promised they would send their 3rd party key person to make another. That promised call never came. Ive called and left messages 3 separate times and emailed once. My sales agent responded, but never the business manager who made the promise.To add to the seemingly unprofessionalism, they forgot to send my information to the county clerk so I could get my tags. If I hadnt been on top of that, my temporary tag would have expired. Ive also had to contact the Ford company about my Ford Protect service because Paducah Ford never entered that information either.Update: Paducah Ford - really Tommy Comey - is not going to honor his word. Ive emailed several times and management appears to be content with not making this right. I personally would not recommend this dealership to others, but I understand others have had much better success with their transactions.

We got a great deal on a 2016 truck with low mileage, and experienced excellent customer service. Denny was great to work with, and went above and beyond to help us. They over charged me on cost for registration. They also sold me a used car that had been repaired poorly with cheap parts. There was a sensor that keeps coming on so when took to local dealerI was Informed of the cheap repair and how much it would cost to repair properly, ridiculous. They also told me the car had to be placed in name of person writing check. No such law!! Cost me twice as much on transfer costs and insurance cost. They still owe me money from registration fee that was overly charged. Refused to deal on car because it was such a Good deal....not.

Went in one day to check some used cars and none satisfied me. They said Try a test drive in this Ecosport.... I went home and did my research finding the best price. The following day, I returned with three new car selections and showed them the lowest price. Paducah Ford matched the price and bested my own banks loan quote. I told my husband not to buy a vehicle here because I took my vehicle there multiple times and was told nothing was wrong and finally it blew up. He bought a brand new vehicle from them in December and was told they would hunt down and get him a key since it only had one. They stated they would contact him once it was received. He has called multiple times and each time theyve told him he would have to purchase one. They asked him if it was in writing from the sales person. They state they will do anything for your service and value their customers however that is NOT what I have received nor my husband. Do NOT buy here or take your vehicle here or you will be very sorry.

I had an awful experience with the GM at Paducah Ford. They had failed to put a bracket on my car causing an issue with the motor. My extended warranty covered the cost of the repair and Dan Stovestand made me pay for the use of a vehicle while they fixed the mistake that they had made. Very poor business I would not recommend anyone to do business with him. So I took all one dollar bills for him to count out to let him feel a little bit how I feel.

My experience at Paducah Ford. I will NEVER go there again.They tried to swindle a women. I thank God for 2nd opinions. They told me I needed a engine because my time chain broke $4800.00. I took my car to get a 2nd opinion. This person put a timing belt on my car and it is now running. NO new engine!! Paducah Ford tried to take advantage of a women and they all about money NOT honesty. Would NOT recommend them to anyone.

We were passing through Paducah on our way home to Oklahoma from a conference. We stopped at the the Paducah Ford Lincoln Mazda dealer just to check out the beautiful white Lincoln Navigator on the lot. Denny came out to greet us. He was very personable, and informative. We really had no intentions of trading that day but once we drove the Navigator we had to give it some consideration. Denny was a great salesman. Not pushy. Everything you would want in a car salesman. He and my husband negotiated a deal and we made the trade. Absolutely no regrets. Denny is the type of salesman you could go back to repeatedly and he would do his best to help you get the vehicle you want.

Took my wife out just to look at getting another vehicle. Was waited on right away by Allyn. He was very courteous and attentive to our needs, he showed us a few vehicles that we were looking for and worked patiently with us throughout the process. We didnt feel as if we were being pressured into making a decision, and he helped us get a great deal.

I took my vehicle here to get serviced because there were 2 recalls on my 2014 ford focus. I had my fiancee drop me off and we figured we would drive around and find stuff to do for a couple of hours because they told me thats how long it would take. After 2 hours, I go back there to see if my vehicle was done, and they told me no and said that it would take ANOTHER 2 hours to get done.. if I knew it would be this long, I would have gone home and gotten stuff taken care of that I needed to take care of. This is completely unacceptable.

Called 4 times for warranty and recall stuff never got call back

Worst group of people I have ever delt with in my life. They have been the most unprofessional, caniving, unethical dealership I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. They sold me a new truck with body damage, were VERY hard to get along with as far as getting the damage repaired, and flat out called me a liar and would not fix the wheel that they damaged while switching tires, I even have the photos to prove that the wheels were damaged while in their possession. Since I live out of town I had to take my brand new truck to a local body shop to have to work done, Dan and Larry Stovesand, the general manager and the owner of Paducah ford, tried every angle they could to pass all the damage off on ford even though it was not warranty work, so all in all the entire process of getting my truck repaired took right at a month to get fixed from the day I picked the truck up to the day I got it back. I own a construction company so not having a truck for me is like a pilot not having a plane to fly, just doesn’t work. I asked Dan Stovesand the general manager about a rental while my truck was being repaired and was told that I could only have $30 a day for a few days but that was it, after some arguing he finally agreed to reimburse me what it cost me to rent a truck for a few days, when the check came in the mail for reimbursement they shorted me almost $100 and Larry Stovesand the owner himself told me “tough, that I got all I was going to get from them”. Every step of getting my BRAND NEW truck fixed was horrible, they have the worst business ethics and worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The owner and the general manager, who just happen to be father and son, go figure, are the 2 biggest scum bags you will ever encounter, do yourself a HUGE favor and go anywhere else in the world to buy a new vehicle, Paducha ford truly gives the ford name a bad image.

Took my fiances car in for an oil change. Waited an hour and a half (even had appointment set up before hand). After we finally get the car I noticed the tire positions had changed with a standard rotation after being recommended two new tires. After asking why, they said it was complimentary. Now Im no Ford Tech but if I were to rotate tires to prolong life on tires that need replaced Id do a proper rotation of back passenger to front driver and rear driver to front passenger while bringing the fronts straight back. But what do I know in comparison to a certified technician.Between wait time (not our first negative experience with it) and the snobby remarks when asked why the tires were rotated in the manner they were (after recommending we need new tires) I will never do business here again. Hopefully in the future Mr. Stovesand will hire techs with more experience that has seen what improper rotations do to actual worn tires.Side note: tires have over 80% tread, are barely 7 months old, and a standard rotation wont affect them. Its the fact they lied saying we need new ones then turn around and rotate without consideration as to the best possible way to prolong tire life.

Highly recommend that you take your business where they actually care about the customer. Bought a truck from them that a little over 200 miles later the transmission is slipping. Yet theyll help me out and fix it for only $1,500 more. Not happy at all!

I have been dealing with this dealer for nearly 40yrs. Their sales staff and financial personal are the best that I have ever dealt with. Tommy, Is one of the best and most honest loan officers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Terrance Wilson a great salesman to work with

After driving 70 miles and waiting for over an hour past my appointment, I was told they could not do the job. They were supposed to cut a key and program the security code. They cut the key before they told me they could not program the key. I asked them to service my car. I asked for 5w30 oil. They used 5w20. Charged 67.00 to cut a key that they could not program. I paid 140.00 for an incomplete job. They didnt even use the right oil in the car and there was oil all over the side of the motor and dripping off the crossmember. Then they told me it would be 130.00 more to program my key when they got their computer fixed. Worst service department ever. If possible I would give them 0 stars.

Absolutely horrible. Worst car dealership Ive ever been due in my entire life crooked and thiefs. Take your business elsewhere they dont deserve our money or anyone elses. They tried to charge me for a brand new motor that was covered under warranty. Took it to Benton Ford and was completely covered.
