The manager of the store is a really great guy.He is very helpful and informative. I got 4 new Michelins on my van and received a cash back on plaza card and a rebate from tire company. The service was fast and professional, even came back today for valve issues and they took care of it quickly for my wife. A+ would recommend over benton store

Extremely nice, would definitely recommend.I was at David’s bridal for a dress appointment and noticed my tire had went completely flat. We called plaza tire since it was close by and the employee let us borrow his personal air portable air compressor so we could drive the car over there. They were able to patch my tire for $25.

I was traveling through to Asheville NC and was alerted to a low tire pressure warning on my dashboard. Paducah was just ahead so I pulled in to a station for air. Unfortunately, I could tell it was escaping nearly as quickly as I filled it. What to do on a Friday evening, 5:15 PM? I did a quick yelp search which led me to Plaza Tire a half mile down the road. The attendant stated they were closing in 15 minutes but yes, of course theyd look and try to fix it. I was back on the road within 30 minutes of pulling off. I was so thankful 1) they were open 2) people showed up to work that day! 3) they didnt grumble at all about having to look at this ladys tire 15 min til close on a Friday night and 4) my bill was like $25 - peanuts! .... meant the world to me to be able to get back on the road and feel safe. Thank you, guys! I so appreciated you!

Been using this store for tires, steering service, etc for years.... they quoted tires that was equal in quality to a competitor for over 100 bucks more. Sure I probably could have pointed this out and they might have matched it but why should I? A loyal customer should get a loyal price without asking for it. So now 1 of my 4 cars has tires that are not from here. Also the other place offered the road hazard warranty for the entire life of the tire not just 2 years...

300 dollars with 30 in taxes 280 was the one amount I thought 3 cups of coffee was drink they are really good sounded tires and they peeled coming out what a difference.

I am visiting Paducah from out of town and had an emergency with a front tire that had a bolt stuck in it. The wonderful folks at Plaza Tire took me right in and fixed it in no time. It was an affordable, quick and efficient repair and the staff was kind and welcoming. If I were in the area and ever had a need, I would visit them again.

We were traveling back to Georgia when one of our tires had some tread separation. We stayed overnight in Paducah and in the morning, I brought our van to Plaza Tire. Even though their shop was working with only 1/2 staff, they were still able to get us taken care of in a timely fashion. Got 2 new tires and an oil change and were back on the road, good as new!

Had a flat in the middle of the night on the Interstate while traveling. Put the spare, and went on to Paducah where we spent the night. Next morning we found Plaza Tire. They fixed the flat, mounted it, and put the spare back in place. Took about 1 hour tops and we were back on the road. All at a fair price.

The work done on my Tahoe was great as I am always pleased with the work you do. But the customer service was very poor. The guy was very unprofessional when I was trying to use my Plaza Credit Card. He told my wife and I that he had to call the credit card company to authorize a card that is already activated and has been used quite frequently. I have never been told that I wasn’t able to use my credit card and that my wife had to be present in order for me to use our card.

Needed repairs mid morning on a Saturday. Thankfully this location is open till 4:30 and could help us out. Plaza Tire folks have always been courteous and professional.

After trying to give this location another chance, I will never return to this location for any services.Two years ago we brought both of our vehicles in for a pre-scheduled oil change and the services took many hours to complete, which resulted in electronic problems in one of our vehicles and we had to take that vehicle to the dealership which took another couple of days to resolve. Josh provided us with excellent customer service during this visit, however the time wasted could not be returned.This morning my husband called about a tire replacement and balance and rotation- and how long that would take. We were told that we would be in and out in an hour easily- my vehicle was not taken back until we had already been there for 45 minutes, and after an hour and a half of waiting I finally asked how long it would be and was told “not much longer”.After waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes, I was finally offered communication about my vehicle. This made me 30 minutes late to another appointment.This lack of communication is completely unacceptable. If I had known from the moment I walked in the door that my services would take more than two hours I would’ve waited another day or gone to another location for the services. Because of their lack of transparency and inability to communicate I will never be back to this location- after spending almost $300 on goods and services, I feel like I should have been provided MUCH better communication and costumer services. This location of Plaza Tire is more worried about getting people in the door, and they ABSOLUTELY do not value your time!

Staff was friendly throughout our visit. They inspected our brakes and gave us a responsible quote to complete the job. The work was completed in a timely manner. We were extremely pleased with our experience.

I always buy my tires at Plaza Tire on hwy 60 west.Just bought some Michelin Defenders ltx. Ms. 265 70 17. Best price in town. These guys are top notch at what they do. Everyone there is friendly and very experienced at there job. I would recommend them for all your needs.

Took a set of custom wheels to Plaza Tire to purchase a new set of tires and have them installed. During the process, one of the wheels accidentally got damaged. They addressed the issue and paid to have my wheel replaced. These guys are great and would highly recommend.

The plaza tire card is good. The service I feel like the employees dont care I dunno if its corporate management but employees seem bored to death. I asked if my air filter was changed and could not get a straight answer.

Excellent service. We were on our way home from vacation and hit a pot hole. Our tire blew out. I needed to replace tire, because We have another 500 miles to go and my donut tire spare wouldn’t do the trick. They put a comparable tire on within the hour and we were on our way!

I was in bad need of new tires for my high mileage ‘05 Camry ‘work’ car. I explained to Josh, at the Hinkleville Rd Paducah KY location, that I needed an inexpensive but effective tire all season tire that will last me for just a few more years. He recommended the Falken ST 80 series and they were buy 3 get 1 free! I was in and out in an hour (busy location) and while driving home in the rain, it felt like I was in a brand new vehicle! I’ll be going back next week for an alignment and new brakes. Highly recommend Plaza Tire!

Went to have my brakes checked for squeaking and instead of ripping me off they were very honest in letting me know my brakes were fine, so they buffed my rotors and only charged me $20 instead of $300+. I couldnt have gotten better service, the guys were kind as well as fast! I came in around 4:50 p.m. with a flat tire (due to it just happening) and they were able to get me in and out by the time they closed. They normally dont take full set of tires at the end of the day but they didnt want me to be stranded! I was very satisfied.
