Best prices on emergency lighting batteries. I also have purchased one of their car key fobs. It is the type that must be programmed to start your car. It has been flawless for the last 4 weeks. The manager is super nice and very knowledgeable about what they sell. My father had his cellphone battery replaced there, iphone6. It went from not lasting a day to only needing charging once every 3 days. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

They are always fast & do a great job. They’ve replaced two phone screens at a reasonable cost. Once we thought we had issues on the charging port so we took it in to be replaced. The technician looked it over first & found a pebble embedded in it (my husband works construction so it was bound to happen). He got it out & cleaned the port at no charge in a couple of minutes. I offered to pay him but he wouldn’t accept it. I appreciated that so much & so they’re who we choose to do business with and who we recommend to everyone.

Used your online purchase and chose curbside service. When I got to the store and called the phone number listed in the confirmation email it told me the store was closed. The store was not closed and I had to go inside to get my purchase. Curbside service needs a little work.

I love that I ordered product online, got discount for doing so. And did curb side pick up. I ordered a ignition key, they came out to my car, and my original key to be copy, and brought my newly cut key out to me. I didnt have to go inside with a rowdy toddler

The cell phone battery replacement performs no better than my old bad battery. In fact, Im not even certain the battery was actually changed. That is how bad this new replacement battery performs. On a positive note the employee was very polite and helpful. Got me right in and work was done about an hour later. But it doesnt really matter how helpful the employees are and how quick the turn around is, if they are selling junk replacement cell phone batteries.

Awesome local ownership that cares about the community they live in and serve. When I hear them advertise on the only local radio station in town (Rock 98.3 WJLI) it fills my heart with pride. Yes the prices are good, and the services are great but theres something to be said for someone that lives, breathes, and promotes LOCALLY.

I came in today to get a new battery for my four wheeler. Thankfully Brian and Josh helped me to get the right battery. They were very helpful and made sure that I left there with the correct battery. They were very knowledgeable and had great deals on their batteries. I have gotten my iPhone screen fixed here twice. Both times the screen has cracked again with a screen protector and case after being dropped less than a foot off the ground on carpet. I understand the way the phone hits can really determine damage, but i really think the quality of materials they use play a large part in it. I got my phone fixed a month ago and they offer no warranty. It’s not worth it to fix your phone here if you’re in planning on keeping it for the considerable future. Go to a store that uses better quality materials and offers a warranty. My sister had the same issue.

I thought my cell phone port was bad but turns out it just needed a quick cleaning. They could’ve easily sold me a new port but instead they cleaned it at no charge and I was on my way.

They were very courteous, helpful and knowledgable of the problem with my phone and were able to provide a solution. A new glass was required, tbey ordered it. It came in a couple of days. Dropped the phone off and it was repaired in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend them.

Okay. So they took my phone to try and get an aux cord out of the headphone jack and they used glue to get it out and glued the whole thing in place and couldnt get it out. They recommended another repair place and they tried and failed as well because of the glue, I now have to buy a new phone because of josh who decided to put glue in my phone without my consent.

Stopped in this morning with need of assistance to UNLOCK a phone. I had acquired a unlock code from my carrier, but did not have a non-primary carrier SIM card. Randi, Lili and Neal were able to supply a temporary SIM and unlocked my phone. Replaced my carrier SIM and I was on my way. This is the second time I received EXCELLENT service along with tremendous personality. Definitely RECOMMEND.

So excited when Batteries Plus Bulbs opened in Paducah, KY. First opportunity to use was this last weekend when we suspected that our driving lawnmower had a bad battery... found a great deal plus a rebate and review comments were correct about batteries already being charged. The store tested the old battery for us and found that it would not hold a starting load. Very happy with my experience.

If I could leave a 0 star I would.I had taken IPhone 6s plus there to have the screen and battery replaced and had a decent experience, but not this time around.After I had paid $95 for them to replace my screen, it had popped out. I went to take it to them to fix it because they told me that there was a 6 month warranty, when I got there they said there wasn’t anything they could do about it.So I took it to MikeiFix and he said they used a cheap screen and superglue to put it in.I’m just super unhappy with the experience.

The batteries seem overpriced. The replacement battery for the weather radio was more than the cost of a new weather radio.However, they do build their own batteries and rebuild tool batteries.

The 2 young men seemed so tired I bought a battery for my motorcycle, they didnt give me my military discount I asked if the battery was ready 2 go & he answered yes its all set, get home (20 miles ) read instructions They didnt fill battery with electrolyte ! Called, drove back, they took battery 2 back room ( took both of them ) came out with baking soda all over top of battery tried using old acid brush to clean it off, just kept going on & on ! Took battery to gas station & washed & dried battery unbelievable 80 miles total to get a battery & wasted most of my day & didnt even get a discount or sorry

I needed a battery for my Cannon Rebel and didnt have time to order one. I called before heading over to the store and Randy (female) answered the phone. She verified a alternate brand that was made for the LP-E8 battery and beat the price of other retailers by $20-$50. I will always check here before buy or purchasing for my power needs.

I’ve had my phone in this store 5 times and they claim to have fixed and they have caused more problems than they have fixed. I now have a useless iPhone 7 that won’t work. I would not recommend this place. I did get a refund but still no working phone. And the employee I worked with had a oh well, don’t care attitude.

Went to them several times and spent several hundreds for them to fix my girls phones many times. When it came to them fixing one of their mistakes on a iPhone screen I purchased I was refused the replacement for the faulty screen they provided. They inspected the phone to find a reason they could use against having to honor the warrenty even though I was a repeat customer that had done buisness with them more then 4×. Please save yourself the trouble and go to a professional place that honors loyal customers and appreciates your hard earned money used to keep them in buisness. I suggest I-fix by the mall for any of your phone repairs. Batteries plus made me spend way more money getting their problem fixed but now its done right and Im very happy with what I payed for.

Cracked my phone screen and Went there on saturday at around 2:30 or 3, by 4 my phone was ready and beautifully done. Wasnt until when i got home late that night that i found major glitches and errors within my phone, still holding out hope that the staff gets back to me to fix this issue but until then i am very displeased with the job.

Phone was actually working before I had them replace a cracked phone screen and they gave me a phone back that didnt work at all plus charged me 130$! Blamed Verizon for a faulty upgrade and said I should take it up with them! Ended up having to replace my phone and they couldnt even refund my money because they wanted their screen back off the phone I had to swap in. I guess they wanted it to put on someone elses phone so they could double their money on it! Pitiful service if you ask me,. Save yourself a lot of money and headache and try another store!

We are visiting Cape Girardeau, MO from California and have T-Mobile service. My Samsung Galaxy S4 just stopped charging. Jeremy Gordon spent over half an hour trouble shooting my phone, even though it was time for him to go home. When he found out wed driven an hour and a half he just couldnt ask us to come back and pick it up tomorrow. Now thats the lost art of customer service folks, in case you havent experienced it in a while. Thank you Jeremy and Brian. Please give this store your patronage. Theyre great.

They replaced the broken screen on my iphone. The next day the phone froze then shut down and I couldnt start it. I took it back and they worked on it and got it started again, but I kept having problems. When I took it back, the manager came out and said they wouldnt work on it any more.
