The guys in the service department are very nice, professional and efficient. The mechanics always fix my problem and I never have to return it for the same problem. I wont take my Hyundai anywhere else.

My car has been there for 10 days now waiting for a diagnostic test to be ran so we can figure out what is wrong. It is under warranty still. I called multiple times and can’t get any answers other than we are short staffed or we will call back. I understand that you are short staffed, but at least give me a car until mine is fixed? That is one of the purposes in buying a car with a warranty.

We were helped by Josh when we stopped here. He was very nice, patient, and answered all questions we had in a way that was easy to understand. We ended up driving off the lot with the vehicle we wanted and were beyond happy we decided to do our business with Linwood.

I went with my son to test drive and he ended up trading and got a new Veloster. Very friendly helpful staff . I will go back next time Im ready for a new car. Chris Williams was the salesman and he was great.
