I went in the Lone Oak Paducah store after taking to a Representative over the phone for about 45 minutes. The representative didnt think it was anything else that could be done but within minutes my phone was back working thanks to the nice guy in the store. My phone for some reason was very low and I could barely hear the caller but they could hear me just fine. The representative did everything and finally told me that I need to purchase a new phone. In the store he cleaned the speaker and I was good to go. He did tell me about the S21 but Im not ready to buy a new phone yet.

Our rep was very helpful and on top of his game. He wasnt pushy. And he handled himself very well. When the store started being busy he stayed calm.

They greet you with the attitude of wanting to solve your problems. Pleasant atmosphere.

Best place I know to go for phone service. Also, for the past 2 or 3 years I have always had excellent service at the Paducah/Lone Oak location. Always a great help in service and selection. Hate to see you going to Maxfield but best of luck! Other members are friendly and helpful also.

I would definitely avoid coming to this location! They were exceptionally rude and when she got to me was extremely rude and very uninterested in trying to help me. The lady got extremely close to me and every time I would try to back away she would get even closer. While being EXTREMELY close to my face coughed in my face as well. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Amazing experience! The Verizon we went to on the main road was rude and unprepared so we looked around and saw this store. Only one person could go in the last Verizon store and I quote, Have to make a decision for the whole family.You could have fit at least 7 socially distancing (and masked) people in there!We were hesitant to go into this one but an employee named Austin went all out, even with our difficulties. Thank you so much for joking with us and fixing us up!

Truly nice store. Very convenient. Great to pay on your phone bill. Excellent gadget and latest features store to.Very fast, friendly staff.Open 6 days a week. Closed on Sundays.

Jon is always VERY HELPFUL! If you go here I highly recommend only dealing with him. I have been sorry in the past when the others tried to help me-- I left in a worse situation than when I got there. But JON KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!

I tried to get a screen cover for my new phone, yes a Verizon phone and the staff would not help me. Thats ok I will never go there again. Very unprofessional!!!

The absolute best service. They made sure that I got what I needed and were very professional. Gloria made sure my number was transferred properly and had the best attitude throughout the whole process.

The associates were very friendly, they were very helpful, they acted interested in what I wanted and needed. They offered some suggestions and understood my budget limits. There were three ladies there and they all pitched in doing different tasks to get me set up and out of the store in a timely manner.

Austin was a tremendous help, he went the extra mile to get our account re-established after switching from Sprint..

I will travel farther for customer service. This service was bad. Ive been in customer service industries for over 15 years and NEVER seen it this rude, interrogative, self centered and unfriendly.

The female employee was a little rude. There are no chairs to sit in while waiting for a help.

Will never step foot in the place again. If you pick out 3 pieces of equipment and leave with them and turn them in 6 days later. The person tells you for turning them in you owe him 35.00 for each item you turn in. And what made me do that is I got the bill on day six for a full months service for over 200.00 and it was due in full in the 20th if the month. And when I called and asked if they would push it out till the 3rd of the new month when I got paid they said they could not do it

I was there looking for a job and got hit with rudeness and a mad look from the employees. Also there was two employees helping one customer. If that isnt terrible custom service, then I dont what is. Plus, they had terrible selection of 10 phones and 2 tablets. Overall, bad experience and Im going elsewhere to look for a job.
